The chalet is 150 meters from the gondola lift and LINGA slopes which give access to the whole area of the doors of the sun. Access to the slopes is on foot in 2 minutes.

The cottage is very pleasant winter and summer.
Its orientation is: south east balcony, view on the Linga (mountain) and south-west terrace of rear view on the mountain, the Mont de Grange.
