Contemporary villa with breathtaking views of the Carcassonne and the Pyrenees. Quiet and 10 minutes from a commercial and leisure area. 15 minutes from the city of Carcassonne and 20 minutes from Lake Cavayere.
Many hiking and mountain biking from the house. Wine cellars nearby in the Minervois and a swimming pool with hammam and sauna 10 minutes (the baths neck brace)
Baby equipment can be put at your disposal (cot, high chair, bath, baby-chef, pool and games) conditions to do with the owner.
On request you can have a basket of organic vegetables on your arrival.

Magnificent villa

This is a true gem. Total relaxation and comfort with wonderful views and smartly designed lay-out and enclosed garden. The floorcooling was especially welcome on the hot summer days. Lovely owner who gave us useful advice.

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa bei Cathy. Der Blick über die Weinberge auf Carcassonne und in die Pyrenäen ist atemberaubend; die beiden Terrassen insbesondere in der heißen Jahreszeit Gold wert; die Villa ist traumhaft; als Fahrrad ist ein e-Bike zu empfehlen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen; insgesamt ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort mit herrlichem Zikaden-Gesang :-)

Déconnexion sous les étoiles

Nous avons passé un fort agréable séjour chez Cathy au mois d'août dernier. Sa villa contemporaine est très belle, lumineuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque et c'est très fonctionnel en plus d'être élégant. Nous avons apprécié les différents espaces extérieurs qui permettent de bouquiner à l'ombre des pins, de profiter des couchers de soleils spectaculaires, ou encore du spectacle magnifique des étoiles une fois la nuit tombée. Cathy a été de très bon conseil à notre arrivée. Grace à elle nous avons fait de jolies découvertes touristiques et gastronomiques ! Sa villa est très bien située pour partir en visite. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts majeurs se situent à moins d'une heure. N'hésitez pas vous aussi à séjourner chez Cathy, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Sehr modern, dabei elegant und zum Wohl fühlen eingerichtet. Hervorragende Lage für Ausflüge nach Carcassonne, ans Mittelmeer oder der Katharer-Burgen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern schnell und unkompliziert.
