This DIRECT OCEANFRONT penthouse unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.

Our 2nd time renting this unit. We love the Spectacular views and sunrises. Nice to have such a spacious space to gather with friends. If only you could also request better beach weather when you book our mini vacation of 4 days. Maybe better luck next year!

Great family place!

This is a great family place to stay! We enjoyed the amenities, the large space of the unit, and the great views! We watched 2 rocket launches from our balcony. The host is excellent and was very easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay.

Beautiful views from a great beachfront location. Wrap around balcony was great for sunrise. Streaming TV's throughout the condo, and the Jacuzzi tub was nice after a day at the beach. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Family room furniture could use some attention but served our purpose.

Gorgeous place!!!

This place is so beautiful! Location was perfect for things the teens wanted to do and the view is just breathtaking! The highlight was getting to see SpaceX take off right from our balcony!! Would definitely stay again.

Great family time at the beach!

This condo was perfect for everyone in our family, from the 5 year old to the 88 year old! The views cannot be beat, the rooms are spacious, and the patio is wonderful! This was our second time at this property and we will be back again!

Great place for families!

We loved the large and open space. The view was beautiful. We loved the pool and how warm it is- like bath water! The kitchen was well stocked as far as pots/pans, electric skillet, blender, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish detergent. One thing that would have been great is more beach items. The umbrella was broken so we were not able to utilize that and then additional beach chairs/ toys. We did purchase some and left them for future guests!

BEST Vacation ever

This place is the most amazing location....everything that vrbo said was correct and all the annemities were available. The only thing I would change if I could would be a larger Pool. The Swimming Pool is small but the Condo made up for that. WE loved our week and thanks again. If we visit Cocoa Beach again we will call again.
