Beautiful stone house combining modern comfort and authenticity, located in the heart of the town center of Saint Briac: an old village of sailors, nicknamed "Pearl" of the Emerald Coast.

Come with family or friends, succumb to the charm of this magnificent house located near the beaches and shops.

Inhabited all year round and ideal for children, it will offer you all the comfort necessary for the smooth running of your stay.

The accommodation: Stone house in the typical "Briaçin" style, completely renovated, about 8 years ago.

3 bedrooms including a master suite with a private bathroom, one with a double bed and a children's room (bunk bed + drawer bed).

On the ground floor of the house, you will find:

- A first outdoor space of around 20 m², located in front of the house and comprising a table, chairs and a deckchair.
- A second outdoor space of around 40 m², located behind the house and sheltered from the wind. It includes a magnificent "Fermob" table for lunch or dinner for 10 people, as well as an outdoor sofa, ideal for an aperitif.

- A large living room with an insert fireplace, two sofas, armchairs and two magnificent bookcases
- A dining room with a large oak table for lunch or dinner for 8-10 people
- An equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine and wine cellar).

On the first floor of the house you will find:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm)
- A children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed
- An independent bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rail, storage space and a changing table
- Separate toilets

On the second floor of the house you will find:
- A large master bedroom with a sitting area with a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen, storage space and a large double bed (180x190cm)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Toilets integrated in the bathroom
