The villa La baie has a capacity of 6 people + 1 baby. It is located in LANDEDA in Finistère at the mouth of Aber Wrac'h opposite a place called: LA BAIE DES ANGES. 5-star RANKING
An indoor swimming pool of 4 mx 7 m with a view of the sea, the water temperature is adjusted according to your wishes, a swim against the current, a large indoor beach of 20m², upstairs a 3-seater jacuzzi on a covered terrace facing the sea.
From the swimming pool you access the terrace of the enclosed, tree-filled garden.

Villa de la Baie has a third terrace to the south for your meals.

Great place to stay

We had a good two weeks - Landlord Stephane took immediately care of any issues we had with the house - these were minor issues that could be solved. House works fine also for dog owner with surrounding and gate.

This property has everything you could possibly need and more, could not have been happier, the views from the balcony are amazing. Would definitely return, great house for a family. Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Stephane's property in Aber W'rach. The views from the house were amazing and we turned up to one of the most beautiful sunsets which you could watch from the balcony. We arrived to the property late but Stephane was very helpful and came the next day to walk us through the pool/hot tub. My daughters loved the pool and hot tub, with the pool a good size. The views from the property are outstanding and there are 3 different sitting areas to enjoy a beer or glass of wine. Aber W'rach is a ten minute walk from the house with 3 or 4 great restaurants and 2 or 3 good pubs! We certainly recommend the property and the friendly host Stephane!

Villa de la Baie, Landeda, France.

The property was very nice, well kept and in a great location. The view of the sea and the lighthouse in the distance were amazing. Our children loved the pool and we found it difficult to get them out of it! The rooms were decently sized and had plenty of storage. The kitchen / diner area was nice and clean and was a pleasant place to spend time in the evenings. Correspondence with Stephane was excellent throughout, he welcomed us on arrival and took the time to explain all the facilities and features of the property. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Stephane as a host and this property.

Landeda Villa July 2022

Brilliant spot with superb view, 5 mins to a nice beach, 10 mins walk to the port. Superb house, with pool, hot tub, bikes..... Only minor quibbles with the place, except for internet connection, which was poor. The owner is French and his English is not great - hence why I have marked the communication down a bit. We had some difficulty finding the place, because of this.

je suis content que la villa et l'endroit vous ai plu. pour la connection wifi, nous avons réglé le problème. quand à mon anglais, je reconnais qu'il n'est pas fameux, mais j'arrive à communiquer en général et à me faire comprendre de mes hôtes. Il est vrai que très souvent ils parlent un peu le français, d'autres pas du tout......

Tolle Aussicht und netter Vermieter

Monsieur Lars ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, netter Vermieter. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Pool und Whirlpool laden zum Entspannen ein und runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wirklich einmalig und verdienen 5 Sterne. Bei der Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Ferienhauses fehlt es für uns an einigen Kleinigkeiten, um 5 Sterne zu erreichen. Stephane ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

une situation privilégiée de l'Aber Wrach

La maison est idéalement située dans l'aber: une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, des plages très proches, de beaux villages. Et un aménagement intérieur top: des grandes pièces lumineuses, des équipements de qualité, une piscine intérieure magnifique aux dimensions permettant la nage, un spa sur une terrasse abritée. Pensons à nos prochaines vacances! Le propriétaires des lieux est très attentif à notre confort.

Ein perfekter Familienurlaub in der Bretagne
