Family house 200m from Lerat beach
Rental of a 150 m2 family house, 200 m from Lérat beach.
Perfect for 2 couples and 5-6 children.

-kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave ...
-rdc: master suite (double bed 160 *, bathroom, TV)
-floor: 1 large bedroom (4 beds 90 *), 1 bedroom (1 bed 90 * and a cot), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 *)
- large 2000m2 garden and south facing terrace.
Parking on the property.
You will find all the comforts of a second home, games for children, books, comics, board games, barbecue ... municipal tennis courts are 50 m away and are free to access outside July and August (summer € 5 for short )! Beach access by footpath.
Piriac market and shops 15 minutes on foot via paths without cars.
Fitted sheets and pillowcases provided for the 7 beds.
Cleaning products and groceries available.
The cleaning must be properly done by the tenant, otherwise a package of € 100 will be requested at the exit.
