Enjoyable stay

Beautiful house and garden to live and relax with everything provided you need. Riccardo and Stefania are very friendly and help out if you need smth.The pool was cleaned everyday which probably wouldn't even be necessary, thanks riccardo :)The whole property ( area) is amazing and makes you calm down, you can feel the heart of the Toscana.Book it, go there and feel it yourself. We had a great stay so highly recommended.

Peaceful retreat, stunning view and family friendly environment

Simple accommodation but will all the necessities. Serene, in the midst of a beautiful nature. Stunning swimming pool blending well into the environment. The Maremma region is well worth visiting, with many villages to see, simple and delicious authentic cuisine, and off the beaten track. Discreet and welcoming hosts.

Second time in paradise

We were here the second time. After we spend wonderful holidays with our dog two years ago at this beautiful place, we decided to come back this May -It was like coming home. Thanks Stefania and Riccardo for this outstandig place to relax, enjoy nature and discover beautiful towns and places in the Toscany. We filled up our batteries and are sure to come back again in the next years.

Fantastic time in Roccastrada

Hello Steffania & Riccardo, we had a wonderful time in Roccastrade, very cosy appartment, everything was available in the kitchen we needed for the vacation. It was fantastic to have breakfast every morning outside. It was the first time that Belinda said, we should come back again. We and especially Hannah, enjoyed the pool every day. Lived our stay in roccastrada

Had a really lovely weeks holiday in this ground floor of a cottage. Beautiful countryside location ( it is down a long country track so you need to take it slowly in the car.) We did end up driving everywhere as not sure we could easily walk all three kids up the long track to walk to a restaurant. Roccastrada is a really lovely Italian town it was great to walk around and hear the nonnas talking to each other through their open windows across the street. Great view from the back of the tourist information office. Lovely cottage to relax and unwind in. Pool is beautiful although quite cool in temperature (very welcome for us as it was very hot weather during our stay). The play equipment in the garden was also welcomed by the children. The stars at night were also really clear as there was not much light around to interfere which added to the romantic feel. Kitchen had what we needed but would suggest a larger pair of kitchen scissors and a spatula to get eggs out of the pan (although I guess we may be unusual in terms of how much we cook on holiday). Would definitely recommend a stay here if you want some rest and relaxation. Thanks to Riccardo and Stephania for a lovely place to stay

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Roccastrada verbracht. Der Pool war ein Highlight, nicht nur für die Kinder. Er ist mit ca. 11m lang genug um tatsächlich einige Züge zu schwimmen, nicht nur zu planschen. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man vielseitig kochen kann. Und, nicht unwichtig für uns: die Matratzen sind schön fest. Roccastrada liegt ein wenig abseits des Trubels, Siena oder auch das Meer sind dennoch schnell erreicht. Die freundlichen Vermieter haben den Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kindern in der wunderbaren Unterkunft. Die Aussicht und der Blick ins Tal sind unbezahlbar. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Weg über die Schotterpiste ist unbefestigt aber mit einem normalen, nicht tiefer gelegten PKW machbar. Ein SUV muss es hier nicht sein wie in manchen Bewertungen erwähnt. Im Supermarkt Coop in Roccastrade findet man das meiste was man braucht und ist nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt. Größere Supermärkte sind weiter weg. Der Pool ist wunderbar allerdings war er bei uns sehr frisch da es auch leider paar mal geregnet hatte. Mückenspray ist Pflicht! Als Restaurant kann ich Ristorante Pizzeria Tenuta Di Maro empfehlen. Wunderbar.

Wat een pareltje! Een heerlijk idyllische plek, omgeven door de natuur! Het mooi afgewerkte zwembad, met een plekje speciaal voorzien om van het uitzicht te genieten, is het echte pronkstuk. Maar ook op het terras met de oude stenen en de tafel onder een grote vijgenboom was het heerlijk vertoeven. Ook het appartement was perfect in orde en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden! Stefania en Riccardo wonen ook ter plekke, zijn beschikbaar als je vragen hebt, maar voor de rest erg discreet, we vergaten soms zelfs dat we er niet alleen waren Ook de locatie is top! Je kan vanuit het appartement gemakkelijk naar de kust rijden, maar ook Siena is in de buurt. Roccastrada zelf heeft een levendige dorpskern, je kan er ‘s morgens een koffietje in de bar gaan drinken en in het laat nog een ijsje gaan eten tussen de buurtbewoners. Ook de dorpen in de nabije omgeving zijn de moeite waard. Wij kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei diesen netten Gastgebern. Lage, Aussicht, Pool sind super. Nur die letzten 1000 Meter zum Ziel wirken wirklich abenteuerlich und trotz hoher Bodenfreiheit hatten wir so manchen Bodenkontakt. Mit einem normalen PKW würde ich die letzen Meter nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten super und gerne wieder!

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Wir genossen die schöne saubere Wohnung, die Sitzgruppe zum draußen essen und den herrlichen Pool. Außerdem hat man einen unglaublichen Ausblick mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen direkt vom aus Haus aus. In der Ferne sieht man auch das Meer. Die Gastgeber die im Obergeschoss leben sind sehr zurückhaltend und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, kleine Fragen konnte man direkt mit ihnen klären. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt Frage

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Ruhe mit Weitblick

Wunderbare Wohneinheit, einfach aber umfassend ausgestattet. Ausreichende Größe für zwei Erwachsene und 1-2 Kinder. Schöner sauberer Pool, viel Weitblick. Zurückhaltende Vermieter die oben im Objekt wohnen. Sehr unkompliziert da bei meiner Anmeldung wohl mein Sohn 'verschwunden' ist und die Vermieter nur zwei Erwachsene erwarteten. Zufahrt am besten mit Fahrzeug das gute Bodenfreiheit hat. Einige Bodenwellen kratzen sonst am Unterboden auf den 1,5km Schotterweg :-) Ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub, gerne wieder.

Un Havre de paix 🤗

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Riccardo et Stefania, la maison est magnifique et pleine de charme, le cadre est tellement joli et calme, la déconnexion est immédiate. Nous avons pu rayonner autour pour visiter la région, tout en ayant profité de la mer qui reste facile d'accès. On s'est juste perdu pour trouver le chemin d'accès lors de notre arrivée mais Riccardo est venu nous chercher 😅 Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette semaine passée dans votre jolie maison, merci pour tout !

Idyllisch gelegen. Mediterranes Flair.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines alten Bauernhauses. Der Schnitt ist gut. Die Räume sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (Spülmaschine, W-Lan, Haartrockner, Backofen, zwei Spülen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffe-Filter-Maschine). Man sollte sich vor der Anreise bewusst machen, dass die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen und der Weg dorthin nicht befestigt ist. Anfangs ist das ein wenig ungewohnt. Bitte unbedingt die Wegbeschreibung der Vermieter beachten und nicht auf Google Maps verlassen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und gleichzeitig zurückhaltend. Check-in und Check-out verliefen angenehm. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool mit Liegen und eine Wiese unter Eichen mit Trampolin und Schaukel. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen: - Die ruhige Lage - Das toskanische Flair - Der Ausblick - Die liebenswerten Katzen

Wir haben 3 Wochen in Roccastrada bei Riccardo und seiner Familie Urlaub gemacht! Diese Zeit war unbeschreiblich schön! Das Haus ist toll, es fehlt an nichts! Und das Grundstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Der Pool ist genial und wir haben ihn täglich genossen. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur jedem empfehlen! Vorausgesetzt man sucht Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und man hat ein Auto dabei!

Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Das Ferienobjekt liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der ideale Ort zum entspannen. Die Vermieter sind nett und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Rust, rust, rust

Een magische plek in het hart van Toscane. Hier kom je tot rust en geniet je elk moment van het uitzicht. Met een beetje geluk zie je reeen en everzwijnen passeren. Het zwembad is genieten om een dagje aan te hangen of na een daguistap nog even te plonsen. Geschikt voor groot en klein. Gastheer en gastvrouw zijn lief en behulpzaam. Als wij deze streek terug komen bezoeken komen we zeker terug langs!
