About this property

High on a hill overlooking Ekahi with Great Ocean Views! Special Low Fall Rates!

Situated on the hill overlooking Ekahi Village, our Ekahi 46D condominium offers great views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and lanai.

The vaulted ceilings in this 2nd level condo enhance its open and airy feeling and nicely displays the Hawaiian wall decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless appliances: side by side refrigerator, smooth top electric range & dishwasher... as well as updated kitchen cabinets and a full array of kitchen necessities. One of the tiled baths features a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combination. Sleeping accommodations include the large master with a California King bed and a Queen sofa bed in the living room.

Split A/Cs in both the master bedroom and the living room. The condo includes a bonus room off the master perfect for reading or relaxing by yourself. The lanai has a table for 4, cushioned settee. Note: Ekahi no longer can offer any type of gas or electric grills on lanais due to Hawaii Fire Code changes. However, a grilling center with state of the art gas grills is located within steps of our condominium.

The condo is a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the Shops at Wailea which include a Market and many retail shops and restaurants. Three golf courses are within minutes of the condo and the famed Big Beach is a 15 minute drive. Better yet, pack up our beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler and walk down to Keawakapu beach immediately adjoining Ekahi. If you want a quicker fix of sun and relaxation, walk the few steps to the pool by the condo. Our competitive rates reflect that the largest Pavilion pool and beach access is about a 8 minute walk from the condo.

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 28 days or longer. We do charge a $170 housekeeping fee.

Great place in paradise

This property was amazing and had access to everything you need to make for a perfect memorable vacation. It was very clean and had a great view towards the beach. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio and watching the sunset.

We loved our stay!

Our stay at Ekahi was wonderful. Communication was thorough and complete. The condo is immaculate and very tastefully laid out and decorated. We loved the grounds and the view. It came well stocked with useful items in the home and for the beach. The facilities in the complex are incredible and the landscape so beautiful and well maintained. The location is superb in Wailea. Access to the beach is so convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and we had a magical time!

Beautiful Stay in Ekahi

My husband and I spent 10 lovely nights at John and Sandy’s very well-equipped condo in Wailea’s Ekahi Village. The view was amazing and every detail in the space was thoughtful and appreciated. John was extremely kind and helpful with check-in and was a great host. I highly recommend, and look forward to staying again in the years ahead.

Best Maui Vacation

This was our 7th trip to Maui and this was by far the best. Beautiful condo, well appointed and really felt like a home, not a vacation rental. Will be booking our return visit to this condo for next year. Can’t say enough good things about this condo or location!

Another beautiful stay

We enjoyed a whole month again here at Ekahi village. 46D is a very well appointed upper floor condo with a gorgeous view from the lanai to wake up too and enjoy breakfast. The layout of the buildings make it seem very private and not crowded. We hope to stay again D&L

A lovely stay in Wailea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ekahi Village. While we have been to Wailea many times, this was by far our favourite stay. The unit is even better than described and we loved having the option of walking to the beach. The views from the lanai were stunning and the owners have truly thought of everything in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. May/June 2024 Stay

Enjoyed our stay at High on the Hill. Great location, views were awesome, and amenities were very nice. The Ekahi management team decided to shut down main pool during our stay, which was frustrating, but Unit 46E and convenience to beaches more than compensated for pool being shut down. The unit has everything you need, and a huge plus was the new master bed - super comfortable, and we slept great. High recommend this unit and the complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ekahi Village and wish we could stay longer! Location was perfect for a conference at one of the local resorts that was within walking distance. The extra touches in the condo were greatly appreciated and the pictures as well as description on the online listing are a very accurate description of what you will get! There is a reason this is a highly desired rental unit and you won't be disappointed.

Great time in maui

You can usually rely on beautiful weather in Maui , but even if the weather is a little off , your stay will be wonderful staying at this condo . Great communication with owner , all the amenities you could think of , very clean , tastefully decorated with high quality finishings and kitchen appliances and tools . The property has nice pools for all ages and beach access to Keawakapu beach . We look forward to returning soon .

We love everything about this condo unit from all the amenities to the well appointed decor down to the ocean views. The owners provided everything in the unit to make it feel like “home sweet home”. Amazing piece of paradise!

What an incredible place. Perfectly located between Wailea resorts and laid back Kihei there is almost too much to do! Ekahi Village is amazing and relaxing on the lanai was our favorite part of the day. Very quiet space, and we loved waking up to the birds enjoying the greenery outside of the bedroom. We hope to return in the near future! The home is so comfortable, and outfitted with every kitchen gadget you could need. We felt right at home. The guest book had all the information we could need as well as some great reviews and recommendations. A wonderful, memorable and relaxing trip!

John & Sandy were extremely gracious host. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had even on Easter holiday. The condo was very clean and well organized with labels and directions on how to operate the TV, Fan, AC units, etc. The kitchen had everything we need to cook meals and appliances were in good condition. The condo also had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for us to use. The sunset from the lanai was directly in front of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Ekahi's Best Condo!

We have been coming out to Wailea for several years, and this past experience has been the best. Spacious with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean from the lanai, this condo comes fully stocked with everything a family could need for a full-on living in Maui experience. Everything in the condo is perfectly labeled with provided easy-to-follow instructions that allow guests to experience all the comforts of home. The condo is part of a well-maintained, private community with pools, a pickleball court, shuffleboard, and a pavilion right next to the beach. Time flew too quickly! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Grant & Rachael

We started coming to Ekahi in 1984 and when our children were finally finished with schooling we purchased our first Ekahi condominium. We sold it in 2017, immediately regretted doing so, and were delighted to find this wonderful condominium with ocean views in 2019.
