Located on 33 acres of beautiful terraced property with breathtaking landscaped grounds in the heart of world renowned Wailea, Maui. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped Condo has a lovely ocean view and is located just a short stroll to the beachfront pool & pavilion that is situated on the pristine white sandy beach, Keawakapu. Enjoy the 'quiet pool' within steps of the condo and evening sunsets from the lanai.
Two propane barbeque facilities are available adjacent to the quiet pool and picketball court just a few steps from the unit. In addition, a number of barbeque facilities are located at the main pavilion as an excellent spot should you want to entertain..

Very nice lower pool. Full kitchen in common area. Great beach. Had to drag myself away from the property since it had all I wanted for this trip. Pure relaxation. Highly recommend.

Perfect Relaxation

My wife and I stayed in this condo for seven days and enjoyed every moment. The condo and lanai's (yes, there are two; one that is private just outside the bedroom, and the other accessible from kitchen and living room) are set in such a way that provides optimal views and privacy. Comfortable and well equipped, this condo is set up for perfect relaxation. Enjoy!

Another perfect stay

This was second time we spent the winter months at this lovely place. The location is ideal. It's close to our favorite beach, near the pool, with fantastic views of the ocean and the gorgeous Maui sunsets. The condo's kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are roomy with big fluffy bath towels. There are boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, "noodles", beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, and huge beach towels. There's always plenty of parking within steps of the door. We really had everything we needed for a relaxing, wonderful stay. Thank you again, Roger, for making this another great winter in Maui. We will see you again next year.

Ideal, clean, comfortable and beautiful condo with a perfect Lanai!

My wife, son (7 years old) and myself stayed at this condo in May 2022 and had the most relaxing and amazing time in Maui. The location of the condo was so close to the private quiet pool and walking distance to the beach. The Lanai was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise and sunset. My son loved all the space to run around in front lawn of the Lanai. We also stayed here in May 2019 (pre pandemic). We loved the condo and location so much we had to come back again. We would have came to this exact condo more times if it hadn't been for the pandemic. Roger has been great with the communication and making sure the condo has everything you need for making the best out of your stay. Thanks Roger for making us feel right at home. We will certainly be back again!

Very nice, worry free once we got there. Just wish we knew of all the ancillary stuff that was already there like restroom supplies so we didn't have to pack our own. Truly top notch. Otherwise, looks like there's a perpetual sugar ant issue where you need to take out the trash daily and not much in terms of recycling other than the basic. We tried to recycle but when we went out to the bins, they were completely full. Other than that, very nice and convenient property! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Great stay

This was our 3rd time staying at the Ekahi property and this was our favorite of the three accommodations. We would definitely return to this lovely condominium. We appreciated the approximately 5 minute walk to the the pavilion and a bbq near the closer pool. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of dishware, etc. The master bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa was not comfortable for our daughter. The unit was quiet except for the neighbor's A/C which could be heard on the lanai. We've stayed in another condo at the Ekahi where you could hear the annoying traffic. Mahalo for a great stay!

Loads of space

The property is spacious with lots of storage and a great layout. Fantastic view. There is a lovely lawn right in front of the patio for hours of enjoyment by the kids and adults. Short walk to all the amenities. Great location!! Defintely would stay there again!

fantastic Condo and fantastic weather

This condo has been our winter escape from the cold in Switzerland now the fourth time.What we like most is first of all the easy access to the very nice beach for barefoot walking and swimming. And second there is one lanai to rest, eat and looking at the sunset, and another lanai to escape to the shade when the sun starts to settle in the late afternoon. And the condo is equipped with everything you might need.

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed staying in this property after Christmas. The location of unit was perfect and great proximate to both the beach and main pool area. Roger was extremely helpful and communication was always timely. Only recommendation to the owner would be to replace the beach chairs and clothing drying rack as they were rusted and moldy so we didn't use during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future

Our second home

We stayed now for the third winter in this condo. It is like our second home. It has a good size for a couple and we like the two terraces. The big terrace has a nice view including for the sunset and the small terrace is nicely secluded and shady in the afternoon. The walk to the beautiful beach is not too long and leads through nice and well tended gardens. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions or issues that came up.

The property is beautiful. The small pool by the unit is pleasant and quiet. The large pool has a great view of the ocean. It is a very friendly property. The location is excellent. Go out the gate and walk on the beach. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need.

Return to paradise!

My husband and I are lucky to have Wailea ekahi 28c as our home away from home for quite a few years now. Once we saw the value and location, we could not fathom staying anywhere else on maui. We visit twice per year and are consistently and pleasantly comfortable with Roger’s condo. View comfort convenience peace and quiet and thoughtful housekeeping touches make this a superb choice.
