Une semaine au calme
Une semaine dans un quartier calme tout en étant à 15-20 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage (ça permet la balade digestive après le restau). Avec 2 enfants en bas âge aucun soucis. Également à 10min à pied de l'accrobranche, pratique pour les petits (et les grands).
Les + :
- calme
- maison assez grande, saine, de plain pied
- équipements du quotidien (tv, lave vaisselle, four, 2 terrasses avec tables et chaises)
- maison très agréable à vivre
- des pièces rénovées : douche à l'italienne, chambres simples et sympa
Les moins
- Le carrelage au sol qui fait un peu "ancien" mais on ne vient pas pour acheter la maison (malheureusement)
- manquerait une boulangerie dans le quartier
Conclusion : enchantés par notre séjour dans cette maison et dans ce quartier.
Au fil des années continuer la rénovation de la maison.
