Independant QUALITY garden level facing CONCARNEAU bay - 2 pers

Facing the Bay of Concarneau, this 40m2 apartment opens onto a richly wooded private park.
Entirely new, it offers the charm of old stones, and the opening to all the lights of the day.
A modern decoration, an organized comfort gives a refined charm to this cocoon.
The sea is at the bottom of the garden, the Viviers, the seagulls, the fox are your neighbors. Everything is calm!
You can go to the Port on foot to visit the mythical boats or play your round of golf.(I have a special agreement with this one. You will benefit from 20% discount on green fees).
The 160 bed will be made for your arrival, towels are provided.
I will be there for the delivery of the keys and I will welcome you with pleasure

Un lieu d'une propreté parfaite et très bien équipé où seules les chaises étaient moins confortables mais quand tout est au top, on devient difficile! Bref un endroit très recommandable.

Un super séjour

Magnifique séjour passé chez Catherine. Super accueil, le logement est top, très bien équipé, tout y est pensé et il ne manque rien. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Tout est à proximité, sentier de balade, le vivier au bout du chemin où vous pouvez déguster ou acheter d'excellents crustacés. Chez Catherine les chiens sont acceptés ce qui pour nous est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Kleine, aber feine, komplett ausgestattete, mit ansprechender Kunst liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung auf dem riesigen, parkähnlichen Grundstück der nebenan wohnenden, sehr herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieterin, gelegen am Ende der Straße zum alten Hafen, von wo aus man schöne Spaziergänge in die Umgebung unternehmen kann. Gegenüber eine Austernzucht mit Verkauf, in 10 Minuten Fußweg eine weitere mit Verköstigung direkt am Meeresarm. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gern wieder!
