WE à Port Manech

La maison est très propre et bien aménagée.L'endroit est très calme et proche du bourg de Nevez en voiture et de Port Manech.La terrasse ombragée , plein sud, est très agréable.Les environs sont magnifiques, plages, sentiers côtiers, la rivière Aven est très jolie. Superbe endroit.Nous avons même loué un bateau au port pour un petite matinée de pêche et un A/R aux Glénans.Cerise sur le gâteau : des dauphins (ou marsouins) en arrivant aux Glénans, MAGNIFIQUE.Bref, je recommande la maison de Mr LE GOFF.La Bretagne est toujours aussi magnifique.

Ruhiges Haus in guter Lage mit ein paar Überraschungen

Ruhige Lage in Strandnähe ca. 1,4 km von einer schönen Badebucht entfernt, guter Wanderweg am Meer ca. 5 kmHier die Überraschungen: Die vorhandene Garage war zugestellt, es passen gerade mal 2 E Bikes hineinSiphon im Waschbecken des Badezimmers war wohl schon seit längerem defekt. Darunter stand ein Behälter mit altem Abwasser. Aussagegemäß wurde vergessen, den Behälter zu leeren. Wir haben den porösen Behälter geleert und durch einen neuen ersetzt. Der Siphon wurde dann vom Eigentümer provisorisch mit Silikon abgedichtet. Das ganze dauerte 3 TageDrei Tage vor der Ankunft, wir waren bereits schon unterwegs, erhielten wir die überraschende Nachricht des Eigentümers, dass eine Kaution über 500,00 Euro in bar mitzubringen sei. Außerdem würde für die Endreinigung, sofern man diese nicht selber macht, eine Gebühr von 90,00 Euro fällig, zusätzlich zahlbar vor Bezug des Hauses. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe kam dann noch die Information, dass wir den Stromverbrauch am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes ebenfalls noch bezahlen müssen. All diese Informationen waren nicht im Vorfeld bei FeWo zu ersehen. Unsere Erwartungen als Ferienreisende in ein neues Haus mit definierten Bedingungen zu reisen, wurden leider mehrfach enttäuscht.Gerne hätten wir die Informationen über Kaution, Gebühr, Stromkosten im Vorfeld gehabt/ in der Anzeige von FeWo

tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen, gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ruhiges Haus in einer Sackgasse 20 Geh-Min. vom Dorfstrand entfernt. Guter Schlaf, gute Matratzen, alles sauber, alles vorhanden, toller Sonnenauf- und Untergang auf der Terrasse. Einkaufsladen, Pizzeria und Creperie im Dorf auch ca. 20 Geh-Min. entfernt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Üblicherweise war bei uns die Reinigungsgebühr immer mit im Angebot enthalten, wenn wir etwas gebucht haben. Dies war hier jedoch nicht der Fall und auch in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Wir waren überrascht von den 90 Euro und haben dann selbst geputzt. Es wäre schön, wenn man die Reinigungsgebühr noch mit in die Beschreibung nehmen könnte.

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Einzige "Kritik" unsererseits betrifft die Betten, sie waren für uns sehr schmal und leider auch sehr kurz.

Petit séjour de 2 nuits pour passer Noël en famille. La maison est très confortable et bien agencée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons pu utiliser le poêle à bois pour profiter d'une ambiance chaleureuse. La maison est bien placée, à quelques minutes en voiture du sympathique bourg de Nevez, et du joli petit port de Port Manech. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été facile, courtois, et efficace. La propreté était irréprochable. Je recommande cette adresse.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus, Garten und auf der Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung, Betten und Bettzeug, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Liegestühle und Auflagen...alles prima!! Sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. In ca. einer halben Stunde gelangt man zu Fuß ans Meer. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Névez (7 Min. mit dem Auto). Viele schöne Ausflusziele, Strände, Concarneau, Pont Aven...mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wunderschöne Gegend! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! PS.: Hoffentlich wird der Ofen wieder repariert (Glasscheibe in der Tür), sodass man ihn an kühlen Tagen/Abenden befeuern kann.

Du début à la fin du séjour c'était parfait. L'accueil, le logement au calme, spacieux, propre, complet et surtout décoré avec goût. Cuisine avec électro- ménager, propre et en excellent état. La situation proche de la plage. Des vacances inoubliables.
