The Gulf Views from Twin Palms 1401 can be savored from all points of the common area. Large windows line the southern wall of the living room serving up mesmerizing views of the Gulf! The master bedroom contains a king bed, private bathroom, and beachfront balcony access. There’s another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. Have your morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony with endless views of sugar white sands and emerald waters!

Liked that our area of the beach didn’t get too crowded and that we could walk to different shops and places to eat. The pool area was plenty big and also not crowded. Only negative was how inconsiderate some groups were about setting up “their” area of the beach. Great view at sunset! Would stay here again

The condo was clean and inviting. We had stayed here before and enjoyed the location and convenience to restaurants and shopping. We heard from the property management as soon as we checked in. They wanted to know if everything was okay and left us a number if we needed help with anything. We had a great week.

We had a wonderful time. Weather was wonderful. We watched dolphins play for half an hour or more, several different times. We could see them under water and on top of the water from our balcony. The last day, we counted jellyfish from our balcony

Great Place/Wonderful Owners

We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for two small families to share. Walkable distance to Pineapple Willys. Great beach location that wasn't overcrowded. We had an issue with the toilet, called management company who sent someone quickly, when we returned to the condo the owners had put in a new toilet. No worries the rest of the trip. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

Great Rental

The condo was just as pictured and described. It was clean and had a beautiful view. The supplies provided didn’t last long so be sure to bring your own, including coffee filters (there were none). The building is loud at times. The included daily beach chair set up was a great bonus! Upon arrival, the door code provided did not work. Finding the contact number to the leasing agency was a little difficult. But once we got someone on the phone, they quickly updated the code to let us in the door. We were overall satisfied with the condo.
