We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach. Everything was clean and accomodating. The location was great with multiple dining options within walking distance. Nice amenities on property with a beautiful view from the unit. Excellent communication with owner.

Family vacay 24’

First and foremost the owner of this unit was beyond accommodating! Wish I could’ve gave him 10 stars! We always vacation in PCB but this was our first year at the Emerald Resort; of course we love the convenience of everything. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and happy place to vacation!

LOVED it here!

Can’t say enough good things about this condo! It was clean, huge, and had the best view! It was conveniently right by the elevators which was a big help for my grandma. One of our favorite parts was the huge balcony! Everything worked like it was supposed to, we had no issues with anything at all! Bill was especially helpful the week before we arrived, explaining everything to us and even giving us tips on where to eat and what to do. Definitely want to stay here again! Great place!

Condo was average condition, the street noise was horrible up until late hours. The elevators were extremely slow, and broken most of the time..yes they was remodeling them, but the ones working broke down...nothing to wait 30 mins for the elevator...the unit is located at the elevators, the noise is very loud with people talking, and kids running. Our towels looked dirty, i washed them before using them,They were stained . The water pressure was extremely weak, took twice as long to shower....sorry to vent, just telling the truth....

Pleasant first time stay in multi-level condo

Over the past decade, we've normally rented houses due to the convenience and privacy. This year we decided to make a change with an ocean front condo and it turned out great! The beach chairs were easy to reserve and with two pools there was no issue with overcrowding. The resort is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. The lobby level has another gift shop, Starbucks, ice cream kiosk, bar and more. There’s plenty to do at the resort, we barely left. The condo was clean, well stocked and organized. The view was amazing. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Would no doubt consider staying here again.

When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned properly. The host, Bill did everything he could do to make our stay the best it could be. He kept in constant communication with me during our stay, called before hand to share some ideas for restaurants and gave us a detailed explanation on the resort. Super friendly! The cleaning was completely out of his control and he has advised me he is looking for a new cleaning company. The location is perfect, the resort has so many different options and the view is absolutely stunning! The condo is right by the elevators, so that makes it convenient! We would stay here again as long as he changes cleaning company and mandates they do a quality check before the next guest checks in.

Excellent host! Few minor things

William was a great host! Anytime we had a question or problem I would text him and he would answer right away! I didn’t realize the bedroom was right by the hallway/elevators which could be bothersome at times. The light from the condo hallways shines through. Maybe some curtains there? We could definitely hear everything from the people above us, or in the hallways but that is not William’s fault. Air conditioning works amazing!As do the televisions for streaming shows. Bed was pretty comfortable. One of the showers water pressure is a little weak. Over all we had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much.

Mr. Bill is absolutely wonderful! The property is gorgeous and on a GREAT location. Walkable distance to great food and incredibly clean. Mr. Bill is incredibly responsive to text and super helpful!! The price is unbeatable!We will be staying here again!

Great stay.

Communication with owner was great and condo had a great view. Also, there's a seafood market across the street called "the local steamer" and they'll cook it and you just pick it up and head across the street and enjoy great seafood right on the beach.

Perfect for our family

Great condo, owner was really nice and helpful. Location was great. Nice to have gift shop and Starbucks on property. Just wished the pool was over more it didn’t get sun in the po until around 11ish, with the red and double red flags all week we stayed in pool.
