POOL IS OPEN NOW, UNTIL END OF OCTOBER, THIS YEAR A BRAND NEW WATER SLIDE WAS ADDED. WE DO HAVE A COVERED AREA HOT TUB, WITH A COMMERCIAL HEATER TO KEEP COZY….. WHILE USING THE HOT TUB. A Pavilion over the hot tub and fire pit makes for a nice Romantic evening. Stay in an art dealer’s stunning home! Only 10 miles from downtown Cleveland. The 7-Person Hot tub is open year round!!! Private fenced yard with HEATED built-in pool with diving board, and new slide. A gas fire-pit and grill for your outdoor cooking… Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove, and spices for the select chef. Electric Fire place, along with new, state of the art INFINITY DIGITAL GAMING TABLE. All board games imaginable, on this cutting-edge digital game table…Sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds…One full and 1/2 Bath. Garage and second driveway available. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Close to the MetroPark system and Cuyahoga Valley National Park hiking/biking trails. Shopping and fine dining close by.

Our home is perfect for families, business stays, or romantic get-aways. People have reviewed this home as their own “Private Resort”. We just added an outdoor pavilion which covers the hot tub. This will be a heated area. Please note—Our home is NOT intended or available for weddings, parties or entertaining of any sort, no guests, and a MAXIMUM of 6 people on property at all times. We reserve the right to ask for ID’s to verify our guests. NO LOCAL RENTALS. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO HAVE A PARTY, NO EXCEPTIONS, please do NOT ask, (so many people still try). Six Guests Maximum. 5 star Reviews needed, or we cannot rent to you. Sorry but too much trouble in the past.

Access to the property is strictly limited to the individuals on the reservation. No visitors, additional guests, invitees, or unregistered persons are permitted on the property at any time. The number of people physically present on the property may never exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Please do not ask to modify these rules, as there are no exceptions,

With the pool open, we want to make it perfect for you, so we do not alter the check in or checkout times. It takes us a certain amount of time to get ready for the next guest, so please do not ask to modify these times with an “early check in or late check out”.

Sorry no last minute bookings, too hard to get ready for you if I do not have 1 day notice. PLEASE NO LOCAL RENTALS. READ THE ABOVE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS, PLEASE GIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE.

Our home is at the end of a quiet street in a lovely, safe neighborhood. We are 10 miles from downtown and the the Cleveland Clinic, also 12 miles from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. We look forward to hosting you for your stay in Cleveland.

Newly added a massage chair to kick back and relax, let yourself, swim, get a massage and use our hot tub for pure mental repose.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood on a dead end. Having the parking was nice. The homeowner was very responsive. The hot tub was great. We need to come back in the summer to use the pool.

The location of the house was great for the things we wanted to do while in town. The outdoor area was positively wonderful! We really enjoyed spending our time out there! But, for the premium price of the house, we expected more from the house itself given we paid 1,700 for basically a day and a half. We were disappointed that there was only 1 shower/ tub, there was only one raft for the pool, the house wasn't cleaned very well, the bedrooms were pretty outdated, the dishes in the cabinets were filthy, the pool desperately needed vacuumed, and the inside of the microwave and dishwasher was disgusting. In addition, the host wasn't accommodating for any wiggle room on check in or out even with learning we were traveling with a toddler with special needs. Finally, we were asked to take care of her landscaping by watering all of it, which wouldn't have been a big deal except for the cost of the house. There should be a groundskeeper in charge of upkeep not the guests.

first of all, this guest asked to cancel and she wanted to get all of her money back, and I said she could not because it was a week before she was going to check in. That left a bad taste in her mouth to begin with. Secondly, she saw the house and knew the bathroom layout. She looked at all the pictures and I’m sure she did her due diligence on the rooms so how could she say, I only have one full bath and a half then why did you rent the house? The house is immaculate. I was there myself and did it and if you can’t apply by the rules of no early check-in or late checkout you shouldn’t be renting from people. We have rules and that’s what they are. It is our busy time of season and you shouldn’t be asking to check in earlier or check out later you’re not even taking into consideration the cleaning people schedules. I’m sorry you have special needs child however, you need to try harder to leave on time and you were a half hour later on leaving and I didn’t even say anything to you. You could’ve been charged for checking out late, I asked you to wire the plants with the hose in the back because it was 100° it took two seconds. I didn’t ask you to do my landscaping. The bitterness of you not being able to cancel sure shows in your review the house is beautiful and I have 300 and some reviews to prove it.

We stayed here for a weekend visit to Cleveland. The entire family loved the outdoor space - kids had a blast in the heated pool while the arenas enjoyed the hot tub. Karen was very responsive to our questions.

Excellent pool house!

Lovely house with great pool. Kids had a ton of fun swimming and playing on the electronic games table. Close enough to both downtown Cleveland and also Cuyahoga National Park as well. Host was great and check in and out were a breeze.
