La Madé I is a new, independent, air-conditioned house in the heart of southern Ardèche.
Located in a large property, this comfortable cottage classified 3 stars (in February 2017) of approximately 75m2 offers a large living room consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room overlooking a covered terrace facing south .

The house has two large bedrooms of about 13 m2 each:
- the first is equipped with a bed 140x200 cm and
- the second of two 90X190 beds, one of which allows a third bed (drawer bed with mattress 90 x 190 cm).
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

The living room (air-conditioned) consists of:
- a seating area (with leather sofa, coffee table, TV) and
- a kitchen (with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, crockery)
- a glass table and six leather chairs

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The toilets are separated.

Outside: private garden with barbecue. Table and chairs of garden on covered terrace.

The * owner's pool * 13 x 5m equipped with a spa area (bubble baths) is fully secured. It is shared with holidaymakers from a second gîte of the same size (Madé II).

Close to shops (mini market, early, bakery, butcher, bar-tobacco, florist, hair salons).

Summer rental (7 nights minimum) from Saturday 15:00 to the following Saturday 10:00.
The rest of the year (3 nights minimum) flexible arrival day.
Sheets and towels are not provided.

30 minutes from your accommodation, the Cave of the Pont d'Arc which reproduces identically the artistic treasures of the Cave Chauvet classified in June 2015 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
