This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom premium townhome is a great mountain town escape for families or groups of up to 8. Inside, you’ll find a well-designed layout with a spacious living area complete with large windows for lots of natural light, a gorgeous river rock gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the Rocky Mountains. The second living area in the loft has an even bigger flat-screen TV and makes the perfect place to watch the game or let the kids enjoy a movie. There’s also a large back porch that provides privacy from the street and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and cool mountain breezes.

The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances that embody a high level of taste. There’s even a wine fridge to keep your favorite vino at the perfect temperature! The farm-style dining table seats six, and there’s room for five more at the huge island in the kitchen. You can park your car in the underground garage and don’t be afraid to hop in the hot tub to enjoy the impressive views of Breckenridge Ski Resort.

The home also boasts a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV, and shared gas grill for barbequing. Christmas Vacation in Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property. Overall it's location cannot be beat. It was within walking distance to the downtown, a grocery store, and most of the best rated restaurants in the area. We were also able to catch the shuttle bus to our ski destination within a short walk of the property. We LOVED that the parking is underground, with the entrance to the unit right next to our parking spot! Huge bonus in the cold or snowy weather. The inside of the unit was clean and comfortable. The rental company was communicative whenever we reached out. We had to reach out regarding the garbage compactor not working and the location of the garbage deposit area. This was unclear. One suggestion would be to provide your guests, paying a premium for staying this week, with some coffee. This seems like a little touch that would go a long way for those guests who haven't made it to the market yet, especially on a snowy morning. We would stay here again.

Quick Getaway

This condo is beautiful. The bed was very comfy. I didn't cook on our short trip, but if I'd have wanted to everything I would have needed was already there. small local grocery store is just a block or so away. Great location!
