In search of a haven of peace on the Bassin d'Arcachon.

Important for Christmas and New Year: reservation only for the full week and not for the night

We offer our 320m2 villa close to Arcachon and the Pilat dune. It has just been completely renovated.
The furniture is elegant and comfortable, both inside and out.
The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms + a mezzanine (in addition to the 6 bedrooms with a real convertible bed if necessary), 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs and a dressing room.

The kitchen, of American type, will allow you to spend pleasant moments of conviviality.

You will have a large cathedral ceiling living room overlooking the sunny terrace, with sofas, armchairs, dining table, plancha and barbecue.
You will thus be able to enjoy a heated 12mX6m swimming pool (protected by an electric shutter). It will be heated from the Easter holidays in line with the outside temperatures until the end of September (mid April, May and September: 24 ° C, June / July / August: 27 ° C)

Regarding the relaxation and fitness, a sauna and a pétanque area with summer bar will be at your disposal.
The land is completely fenced, 3 cars can be parked there.

* Linen option 200 € (to be paid on the day of your arrival)
* Compulsory cleaning service 250 € (to be paid on the day of your arrival)

Additional information: a large Deca sports brand ..... is a 5-minute walk from the rental, you can rent bikes for an attractive price. In addition, a Leclerc hypermarket is nearby (10 minutes on foot)

Superbe séjour et très belles prestations

Très belle villa bien située, proche de la zone commerciale et du bassin d'Arcachon. Très spacieuse pour 8, villa très fonctionnelle et une jolie déco. Tout est conforme à la description de la maison, la literie est confortable et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Très bon contact avant notre arrivée avec la conciergerie et nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée. Durant le séjour nous avons eu besoin du pisciniste qui a été très réactif et très agréable. Il est dommage qu'un interrupteur ne soit pas accessible pour allumer la piscine le soir. Il serait peut être nécessaire de traiter le plancher extérieur car nous avons eu pas mal d'échardes sous les pieds. Le forfait ménage obligatoire est peut être un peu excessif. Sinon nous recommandons vivement cette villa et nous envisageons d'y retourner.

Maison agréable dommage que nous n'ayons pas plus d'explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers et téléviseurs car pas de notices ......les notices dans les placards sont obsolètes.

MAISON IDEALE pour 12 personnes

Très belle et grande maison, confort des literies, matériel hôtelier correct, sauna agréable. En raison du mauvais temps sur 5 jours, nous avons apprécié l'espace , et sommes désolés de n'avoir pas profité de la piscine. Par contre 250€ de frais de ménage obligatoire me semble excessif.
