Great Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families. Combined we had 5 children ages 2-9. It was a great location and perfect set up. The decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need for making meals and was very organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Haven!

Wonderful visit to this cozy and well appointed home. Great location and great communication from the rental company. Beds were not the most comfortable, but everything else was top notch.

Perfect place

Your Comments My family loved the Sun Haven. Spacious and fun with a great location in Watercolor. Golf cart was huge bonus as well. Easy access to store and beach and shopping. Very comfortable home with spacious rooms. Loved the screened in porches as well, could barely tell they were there visually. Highly recommend. And the management was fantastic, truly responsive and super accommodating. We will return soon!

Prettiest house in Watercolor!

We were crazy about this house! It was so pretty and filled with natural light. We love Watercolor and this was our 3rd time visiting. This house was amazing. Literally my ONLY suggestion would be to: 1. provide a knife set (we grilled steaks and had to share a massive knife! lol) 2. There wasn't a pantry, or the one we saw was locked. So we rearranged some cabinets to store food. Otherwise we thought the place was perfect! Thank you so much!

Dissapointed

We've stayed at Watercolor or Seaside for the last 5 years and this was definitely our least favorite property. We love Watercolor and have stayed at Seaside in the past as well. When we arrived we had plans to meet friends for dinner and on our way out, found out that the Golf Cart wouldn't work. Apparently, it had been serviced and left in tow mode. The company came out the next day and 'fixed it.' When we tried to use it after they left later in the day, the front wheel wouldn't move. Another fix and another day lost on the Golf Cart. This continued with poor battery issues and found out the outlets that were charging the golf cart were not working properly. The door to the downstairs guest bathroom wouldn't close. We had them repair it the next day but even after the repair, it would slowly slide open while you were using the bathroom. Only one side of the toaster worked. By the way, this is not a chef's kitchen. The appliances are chosen because of their pink color and not because of their functionality. We had to google how to use the Smelg coffee machine - turns out you have to push the power button quickly twice to start brewing coffee. They did have a Keurig but we prefer to make a carafe. The vent hood barely worked to suck up any smoke forcing us to open the windows when we cooked. Overall, this is a lower level property than the price justifies. PS - internet kept going out as well.

Thank you for taking the time in leaving us a review. We are very sorry about the issues with the golf cart. There had been a lightning strike directly to a home at the other end of the street and many houses in the neighborhood experienced issues with appliances, tv's, outlets, and lights. We thoroughly checked all of the lights, tv's and breaker box and found no issues, but, unfortunately, we did not check the outdoor outlets. As you mentioned, the outlet the golf cart was plugged into was not working, which was due to the lightning strike. We are so sorry this wasn't discovered prior to your arrival. The other issues with the golf cart were handled quickly when reported. We did have a technician over quickly when the pocket door issue was reported for the bathroom. We were not aware that you had any further problems with the door, or we would have sent a technician right out to address it. This is the first report regarding the toaster and the range hood, however with these notes, we have installed a new toaster and have scheduled an appliance technician to check the range hood and make any necessary repairs. We do wish you had made us aware so we could taken care of them quickly during your stay. We keep most small appliances in stock, as well as most kitchenware items. Feedback is very important to us, whether positive or negative, and we take it very seriously. We strive to provide our guests with wonderful experiences and we are deeply sorry that you did not have the experience we want our guests to have. Sun Haven is one of our most popular homes and has a long history of fantastic reviews and we will continue working diligently to provide great experiences. We do hope to have the chance to wow you on your next stay.

2022 Summer Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of it's furnishings; there was ample room for our family of 10 to be comfortable. The outdoor screened patios were especially nice areas for us to hang out. Would definitely recommend this home. Watercolor was a lovely place to visit and hope to return in the future.

AMAZING HOME

We had 2 families staying in this home, 4 adults and 6 kids, (ages 13-16), and everyone had an amazing time! The house was very comfortable and inviting. there was room for everyone, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to gather for meals, and entertainment! We loved having the golf cart for the adults, and all of the bikes for the kids! We will definitely stay here again

Comfortable Stay

We loved the location, golf cart and bright and open spaces in the home. The outdoor seating areas, kitchen, quality of towels and supplies were all great. The home was clean and well taken care of. The only draw back was that the downstairs bedroom mattress was not the most comfortable.

Babies First Beach Trip

We stayed here with a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (18m and 12m). The space worked perfectly for us. Kids had their own rooms. And both were upstairs. There are 2 bathtubs one up and one down. The upstairs tub would not plug up which wasn’t a big deal for us bc my son refuses to sit for a bath anyway! We were happy to see toys and games to help entertain the kids. And our husbands enjoyed some very serious games of ping pong on the upper deck! Golf cart was extremely beneficial. We would definitely stay here again.
