We first visited the Florida Keys in 2009—and like so many, we were instantly captivated by their laid-back charm and natural beauty. That first trip sparked a dream, and soon after, we purchased our first home here. What began as a love story with the Keys has grown into HappyintheKeys—a family-owned lifestyle brand and collection of luxury vacation homes designed to share the magic of island living with others.
Why they chose this property
We custom designed and built Super Grouper—along with two of our other homes—with one clear goal: to create the ideal vacation retreat for families and groups of friends traveling together. Every detail of this home reflects our passion for hospitality and our deep understanding of what makes a vacation home truly exceptional. And we used our own high standards as our bench mark.
Super Grouper features five equally luxurious master suites, each thoughtfully furnished and spacious enough to offer privacy and comfort for couples or adult groups. No one gets the "short straw" here—every bedroom is a suite, complete with its own bathroom, wine fridge, coffee station, and private outdoor sitting area.
We know how important it is to balance time together with space to unwind, so we designed expansive indoor and outdoor living areas perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. The open great room is ideal for shared meals and conversation, while the shaded poolside lounge—with its outdoor kitchen, big-screen TV, and daybed—is everyone’s favorite spot to unwind.
