About this property

Short walk to Beach, dinner, shops and Celebration Park!

We are located right next to the new Low Country Celebration park, Coligny Plaza and the back gate of Sea Pines.

This two bedroom, three bath second floor townhome is just two blocks from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza with shops. entertainment and restaurants. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart large screen tv , balcony and cathedral ceilings. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a full size bed with a smart tv and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, crockpot, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot etc. The family room has a queen size sleeper and full bath with shower, and a large screen smart tv. What you see in the pictures, is what you will see when you arrive.

Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for the beach. Take advantage of all the bike trails and when you get back, take a dip in the full size pool (open seasonally) just steps away or just relax on your two balconies overlooking the palm trees and Spanish moss.

Great villa minutes from the beach!

Clean, great layout and close to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our short trip to HHI. Lisa made the checkin process super easy and was extremely accommodating! You literally just need to bring your bathing suit! Would highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Condo was just as described. It was a very short walk to the beach and was easily doable for our 4 & 7 year old. The property manager was prompt to answer any questions. We had the pool to ourselves most days. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The beach had perfect waves for the kids to boogie board. So many bike rental options close to the condo as well. Highly recommend!

Cute and Perfect

This was the cutest condo we have used at the beach! It’s so spacious with the two levels and the big bedrooms. We loved that it had double balconies. The three full bathrooms were perfect for having 7 girls! It has all the kitchen equipment you need to be able to cook in the condo. It is just an easy 10 minute walk to the beach depending on how fast you walk. It’s also just a 10-15 minute walk to Coligney. This condo is also super close to the pool! It’s a nice quiet group of condos. The owners were really nice and gave tons of great tips of fun things to do! We can’t wait to come back!

Great time/Great Place

Perfect size for a family of 5. 8-10 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Neat little pirate playground and park for young families within a 2 minute walk. Very clean condo that comes with a few beach chairs, folding cart and umbrellas. Great time!

We loved our time in HHI this year! The condo was great with plenty of room for my family of 4, along with my parents! Close proximity to plenty of shops and places to grab food! The golf cart rides are wonderful and super helpful for those with kiddos who’s been on the beach or in sun all day! We will certainly return! ☺️

Loved HHI

The property was true to the pictures and very cute. Everything felt clean and organized. It was missing a few items that we've enjoyed at other VRBOs, but overall it was a great stay. The internet kept going in and out, which wasn't an issue for us, but the owner wanted Spectrum to enter the property during our stay, which was slightly annoying. The beach was a bit more of a walk than we anticipated but the neighborhood was great.

Great location and host!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We had the pool to ourselves and this place is close enough to everything that you don’t have to drive unless you want to. We easily walked to the beach (two different access points), the closest grocery store, and a nearby park (super cool pirate ship park our children loved). Lisa is very quick to reply if you need to get ahold of her during your stay. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat there. It is decorated lovely and the balconies are so fun to sit on and enjoy. Lisa also provided a lot of information about the surrounding area and things to do. Thank you!

Comfortable and cozy

My family of four stayed in Lisa's townhome the weekend of October 9. We immediately felt right at home. The house was clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It is obvious that Lisa takes pride in this rental. The beach chairs and wagons that came with the booking were a bonus. We will be booking here again.

Loved our stay and did not want to leave! All you need is your bathing suit--this condo has everything. Super cute and clean and just a shirt walk to the beach. Owner is incredibly helpful and fast to respond. We will be back next year!

Perfect for our family

This was everything we hoped it would be! The rental was clean and had what we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but is so close to the beach, restaurants, and parks. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the layout is great.

Beautiful condo in great location

Condo is as pictured - updated and clean. Location is great. Easy walk with little kids to the beach or coligny park. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We love this area and would definitely stay here again.
