This property is known for its large gulf front balconies with million-dollar views! Enjoy the private beach access, take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants such as Stewby’s, Fubar Pizza, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders, and a gulf front private balcony with direct gulf views. A wet bar for those fun cocktail hours. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. Second full-size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was two families with kids and we each had our own room and bathroom! The condo was clean, spacious, and cozy! We enjoyed the very large balcony for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The condo building was in a great location close to good food! We loved being able to be so close to the beach, especially with small children!
