At the end of a small road, contemporary villa of 240 m2 surrounded by 4500 sqm of terraces and lawns. infinity pool 12 x 7 meters with paddling section for children. Temperate heating possible from May to September included.
Beautiful contemporary villa ideally located in the heart of the Côtes de Rhône, less than 10 minutes from Tavel, Lirac, Laudun and Chateuneuf the Pope where we can (on simple prior request) organize tours of areas.
Two arbours shaded by reeds of Camargue shelter the table of the meals and the living room of open air. Large barbecue and grill. Terraces of 300 sqm. High quality services. 5-star label "Gite de France"
The living room of 80 m², air-conditioned, is surrounded by bays overlooking the terraces. Large living room leather corner sofa with TV HD 156 cm open contemporary dining area and ultra-modern kitchen with central island, American fridge, induction ...
A total of 6 bedrooms + sofa bed in separate room.
3 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 shower room, 4 toilets.
All night being divided in 3 areas:
- The first ground floor: 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and the third modulated (double or 2 singles), 2 bathrooms with bath, 2 toilets.
- The 2nd ground floor: real apartment with large windows opening onto terrace and pool: living room with 2nd TV, sofa bed, kitchen; 2 modular bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC.
- 3rd floor: Master bedroom of 40 m² with huge bathroom with shower and corner bath, 1 separate toilet, dressing room, safe, private terrace with table and 2 chairs.
The house can accommodate 12 people (6 bedrooms) + 2 persons in the living room sofa + 2 babies (2 cots available, 2 high chairs).

Quality family holiday

The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well- equipped. There was enough furniture for everyone (not always the case, I find). Plenty of space both indoors and outside. Outside activities were easy with pétanque pitch and grass areas. A very easy place to be happy and relaxed.

The house and pool were fabulous – our grandchildren loved the pool and did not want to venture out into the surrounding area, but once out enjoyed Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf du Pape, the beaches at Montpelier and not least Avignon. Great family holiday

We were 3 generations staying in the villa. We found it to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were welcomed by Victor, who was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Due to the extremely high temperatures, we requested fans for the 3 bedrooms which weren't air conditioned, which he kindly supplied. We all enjoyed the pool, and there were plenty of shady areas around the villa to sit out of the sun. I especially liked the fact that there were 2 enormous tables, one inside and one on the terrace, which meant that all 11 of us could eat together in comfort. There is a good boulangerie in the village, a short walk away, and plenty to see in the region, including Avignon, a short drive away. For those who enjoy wine, there are also lots of winetasting opportunities nearby! All in all, a great family holiday, highly recommended.

Magnifique villa

La villa est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, avec beaucoup d’espace, l’extérieur et la piscine sont parfaits. Elle est située dans un lieu très calme, à proximité de sites touristiques et de chemins de randonnée. Les moustiquaires sont très appréciables ainsi que la climatisation. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Victor que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment même s’il manquait quelques degrés.. :-) Très belle maison parfaitement en ligne avec la description. Un personnel (Viktor & équipe nettoyage) très sympa et attentif à ce que tout se passe bien.

Heel fijn verblijf voor een familie met kinderen.

Wij zijn zeer goed ontvangen door Victor. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad. Airco was met dit warme weer een echte meerwaarde.

Top vakantie

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Het dorpje zelf stelt niet veel voor maar wel een super lekkere bakker en een winkel niet ver van de woning. Een half uurtje in de auto zitten en je komt op plekken waar je eindeloos kan genieten (Orange, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cascades du Sautadet .....)
