New chalet, all wood interior and beams posts, triple glazing in response to the RT2012.
Children obviously welcome

Located 4km from Lake Gerardmer and that of Xonrupt ,. 5 km from La Mauseleine ski resort and 10 km from La Bresse ski resort. Close to the most beautiful hiking trails of Gerardmer.
Garden R: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 pers. 1 bathroom (bath / sink) 1 WC, 1 room open to living room / S to M / kitchen.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 BB bed and 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds.
TV, radio, washing machine and dishes.
Equipment for 6 people.
Terrace and private parking for 3 cars
Wood stove / pellets easy to use.
