Very nice house close to the beach

We had a great time in Saint-Paul-en-born and really enjoyed ourselfes in this well-equipped House with nice Pool. Everything was clean and the beautiful maritime furnishing was chosen with love. We highly recommend this House and thank Sophie and Ludo!

Lovely Villa

Really enjoyed our stay, the villa is modern and extremely clean. It is well equipped with most things needed for catering. The pool is lovely, a bit cold though. Our only recommendation would be that the pool needs a hand rail as it’s quite hard to get out. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Sophie and Lude are really nice welcoming people.

Es ist wirklich ein Traum: Das Haus, das Interieur, der Pool, der Garten, die Lage und ganz Vieles mehr. Es fehlt an gar nichts, die Ausstattung in der Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Senseo, etc.), Bäder, Schlafzimmer und das große Wohnzimmer sind perfekt. Die Lage ist prima, der wunderbare Strand und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Die Vermieter Sophie und Ludo sind unheimlich nett, absolut hilfsbereit, flexibel und zuvorkommend. Kurz: Die Abreise ist uns sehr schwer gefallen, da es uns ein bisschen ein Zuhause geworden ist. Glückwunsch und Danke, Sophie und Ludo, Ihr habt einen Schatz geschaffen, und wir durften ihn erleben!

Tout était parfait, la maison est très bien équipée ( rarement vu ) , elle est spacieuse, agréable, les chambres ont une literie excellente .La piscine est de bonne taille ! Et le plus c est une climatisation très confortable ! Encore merci à Sophie et Ludo pour leurs gentillesse

Propriété très agréable et conforme aux photos. Située au sein d'un lotissement, nous avions la crainte de nuisances sonores. Il n'en est rien, le lotissement est très calme et à moins de 10 mn d'un supermarché. La villa, le salon salle à manger, les chambres et les salles de bains sont spacieux. La cuisine est très bien équipée, vaisselles et ustensiles nombreux. Bonne literie. Avec la canicule, la clim était très appréciable la nuit. Le réfrigérateur est un peu petit pour 8 personnes, le parasol insuffisant pour couvrir la table sur la terrasse (un store banne ou voile d'ombrage serai appréciable). La propreté est irréprochable. Ludovic et Sophie, vous reçoivent très cordialement et sont joignables téléphoniquement.Je recommande cette location saisonnière, et je suis prêt à y retourner.

This was a fantastic place. The house was beautiful, a real home and spotlessly clean, lots of space, fully (and I mean fully) equipped kitchen, great bathrooms. The pool was beautiful. The village was lovely and the locals were really friendly. Just a short hop to the stunning beach at Mimizan, where they couldn’t do enough for you. Our hosts, Sophie and Ludo were just so lovely and we had a proper check in and check out. I really cannot recommend this destination enough. We would love to go back again if it’s available when we are able to return. Big thank you to Sophie and Ludo x

Sehr schönes, sauberes und stilvolles Haus. Es ist alles da was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Perfekte Lage (ca. 15 Minuten nach Mimizan Plage) um die wunderschönen Atlantikstrände zu erkunden. Toller Pool für den Badespass zu Hause.

Séjour de qualité.Super accueil, maison super agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut. On ne manque de rien même pour les bébés/enfants. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. L’emplacement de la maison est très bien et au calme. Nous avons adoré notre semaine et nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés.

Super séjour dans location idéale.

Sophie et Ludo sont des proprietaires charmants ,à l'écoute de leurs locataires .Nous avons passé 8 jours dans leur villa qui est très agréable et belle et fonctionnelle....Rien ne nous a manqué (vaisselle ,transats au bord de la piscine,TV,supers canapés..)sans parler d'une déco magnifique dans toutes les piéces .

Agréable séjour.

C’est notre deuxième séjour à Saint Paul en Born dans la maison de Sophie et Ludo et comme en 2020 nous avons passé une agréable semaine malgré une météo bien capricieuse donnant à la campagne environnante une teinte un peu tristounette. Quant à la maison, c'est "top", rien à dire et c'est aussi la raison pour laquelle nous sommes revenus. Je recommande +++.

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. C’est une très belle maison bien entretenue avec en plus une piscine à l’eau salée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Proche lac et plage. Je recommande.

Unfassbar gutes Haus

Das Haus alleine hat 5 Sterne verdient und noch einen Extra-Stern für die Eigentümer. Von Beginn an war die Kommunikation und das Ankommen sehr gut und herzlich. Die Abnahme am Ende klappte ebenso reibungslos und war genauso herzlich. An dem Haus gab es wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, vom beheizten Pool bis zum Top WLAN: Alles auf erstklassigem Niveau. Die Ausstattung war deutlich über dem normalen Niveau. Es war wirklich alles da, die Küche 1+! Vielen Dank an Sophie und Ludo, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.
