Beautiful beachfront in a nature reserve, as you enter, you are in awe of the amazing ocean views. On your left is the coastal dining room table and across the living room with a smart tv. Next is the fully equipped kitchen were you can prepare your favorite dinners enjoying the blue Caribbean colors. The hallway leads to the beautiful two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private terrace with outdoor shower, BBQ area and your private access to the secluded beach.

A wonderful condo with a beautiful view of the beach and direct access to the beach. Host was always quick to respond, very welcoming and when we had an issue that she had no control over, was quick to have it fixed. The caretaker was also very helpful and quick to respond - she met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know in detail. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We mostly ate in and the kitchen was very adequately equipped. The apartment is in a great location to explore the beaches on the northern shore. We loved our stay here, loved the apartment, the location and the view.

Lovely Getaway!

We felt so lucky to have a stay in this attractive, comfortable condo. It has a wonderful view of the water from the airy balcony, an easy walk to the beach, and best of all, it was a stone's throw away from Mar Chiquita, the circular beach!

Absolutely beautiful location!

We stayed for 1 week with my husband and 20 year old son, we all loved this place so much it was so hard to leave! The views were amazing and we all had fun just hanging out on the beach and walking on the rocks. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it to make several meals. The beds were really comfy and the rooms each had AC so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Great apartment in a beautiful area of PR. Mar Chiquita is breathtaking! We live in Connecticut but have a condo in Isla Verde and enjoy exploring PR. Manati is a special place, so clean and very friendly people❤

Beautiful property and exactly where we wanted to stay. The check in process was more difficult than I would prefer and the information to do everything correctly was not easy to find. Once I opened all 3 links in the welcome post, I finally knew the address, who I needed to contact and how, and the rules for our stay - I still had to ask about the wifi and password but I later found that informal in the welcome email. Still had to coordinate in Spanish where to get the keys and remote for the gate. Everything else was great. This unit is on the 3rd floor, which wasn't anywhere in the original posting, so that was a surprise. We will definitely stay at this property again; perhaps a unit with easier communication.
