Biarritz Town house with garden and terrace 15 min from the beach
Hello !
I rent a house for 6 to 8 people with a garden of 25 m2 facing East and a terrace on the 1st floor of 18 m2 facing West. It is located in a quiet area (opposite the convent of the little sisters of the poor) 10-15 minutes walk from the large beach of Biarritz and the city center (Free shuttle at 50m).
It includes 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 140, 1 bed in 160 adjustable in 2 beds of 80), a living-dining room (a sofa bed in 140), a separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine ...), a shower room with WC, a bathroom (spa bath) and a separate WC. Childcare equipment can be made available on request. The beds will be made upon your arrival (the sheets of the sofa bed will be made available if necessary).
The house has just been completely renovated with taste. Wi-Fi connection, free and easy parking in front of the house.
A deposit will be required upon entering the premises (€ 1,300 for the stay).

Charmante Maison au calme
Charmante maison et des propriétaires qui le sont tout autant.
Décorée avec goût, elle est bien équipée et la propreté est impeccable
On y dort bien au calme et on est assez près du centre ville et de la Grande Plage, environ 10-15 minutes à pieds. On dispose également de navettes gratuites à quelques pas de la maison qui permettent de se rendre au marché des Halles et dans tous les quartiers de la Ville.
Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cette jolie maison et le Pays Basque est vraiment une chouette région à visiter.
