Excellent!

We had a fantastic week in this apartment and at the plage du Debarquement. Apartment is as described and fully equipped (including all kitchen utensils and condiments). Shop, restaurants and beach are all in walking distance. Sandy beach and water are beautiful and clean. We can concur with all of the other positive reviews. Positive points to mention in addition: airco (heatwave in July 2022) and rainshower.

2 weeks in La Croix-Valmer

The apartment is well equipped and extremely clean. There are lots of little, thoughtful touches that make it an ideal holiday retreat. It is ideally situated for the local beach and restaurants. Within walking distance of Cavalaire sur Mer and a couple hours drive from Monaco and Nice. About an hour from St Tropez and close to Grimaud and Port Grimaud. The weather was fantastic throughout our stay and there is an abundance of good quality restaurants locally. Communication with Johan was excellent throughout the booking and arrival process and throughout our stay.

Beautiful location

This apartment is perfect for two people. It is very well equipped. From the kitchen having a large fridge/freezer and coffee machine to the lovely shower which was heaven after a day on the beach. The location was fantastic. Everything you need within walking distance. Supermarket a 3 minute walk. Beach 5 minutes walk. Restaurants on the beach. Lots of nearby towns which a regular bus service runs to and from. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will come back.

The perfect retreat and hideaway

We looked after a perfect way to spend two sunny beach weeks with comfortable settings - booking this place was the optimum solution. 5 minutes walk to the wonderful beach, which was never really crowded. 5 minutes walk to a well equipped supermarket, which delivered everything needed. Other options not far away. Equipment of the appartment for nice lunches and dinners is perfect. The balcony was the best place to spend our evenings. AC during the nights mades sleeping in the comfy bed a pleasure. With other words we will love to come back next year if dates and booking agenda fits - very recommendable. Thank you Jo for the easy communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you for renting this great place to us!

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Als wir ankamen wurde noch frisch gereinigt und es war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Für uns war die Lage und Nähe zu Geschäften und Strand perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé et bien décoré avec la climatisation qui nous a été utile avec la canicule.La plage est accessible à pied avec la possibilité de faire de la voile et des restaurants très sympathiques. De belles sont à faire autour de la Croix Valmer .

Eine super Woche in einer tollen Wohnung und super Lage.

Um es kurz zu zusammen zu fassen, es hat alles sehr sehr gut gepasst und es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr stilvoll, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr gut aus gestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage. In 5 Minuten ist man am großen Sandstrand. Dieser ist dazu noch sehr schön und das Wasser ebenso. Diesen Aspekt findet man an der Côte d’Azur nicht häufig. Die Gegend „Ramatuelle“ und viele Dinge sind mit kurzen Autofahrten super erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und einem entspannten Urlaub steht nichts mehr im Wege. Viel Spaß und danke Johan.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir durften einen angenehmen Urlaub in dieser schön eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Die Angaben zur Ferienwohnung stimmen genau - alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht (Grundnahrungsmittel, Abwaschmittel und Lappen, genügend Pfannen und Geschirr, Tischsets usw., Waschpulver, Seife, Toilettenpapier etc) ist vorhanden. Das WiFi funktionierte bestens und schnell. Die Siedlung ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Der wunderbare Strand beim Débarquement mit seinen diversen (Strand-)Restaurants ist zu Fuss über einen schattigen Weg unter Pinien in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufen: Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt beim Intermarché. Hier findet sich das Meiste für den täglichen Einkauf. Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser Wohnung, die Abende am schönen Holztisch auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten.

Hervorragend

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, sicherer Lage. Zum Klima und zum Umfeld passende Inneneinrichtung. Der Weg zum sehr gepflegten sauberen Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer nur mit Pin zugänglichen Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Alles in Allem perfekt. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Niedliches, voll ausgestattetes Appartement in absoluter Strandnähe

Das Appartement entspricht voll und ganz den Beschreibungen. Es ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es gab sogar praktische Dinge wie Gewürze, Öle und Verpackungsmaterial, so dass wir uns diese nicht extra besorgen mussten. Die Übergabe fand über eine Mittelsperson statt und war aufgrund der fehlenden Sprachkenntnisse auf beiden Seiten etwas holprig. Wasser war nicht angestellt und der WLAN Code musste nachträglich abgefragt werden. Konnte aber alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit geregelt werden. Super fanden wir die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand. Max. 5 Minuten durch ein Waldstück und schon ist man am wunderschönen Strand, der (zumindest als wir da waren) nie überfüllt wirkte. Wasserqualität und Sand waren top. Zahlreiche Restaurant und Imbissmöglichkeiten gab es ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in 5 Minuten im Spar (etwas teurer) oder in Cavalair sur Mer (großer Carrefour). Ansonsten konnte man mit einer kurzen Autofahrt auch näher gelegene Orte wie z.B. St. Tropez, La Ramatuelle, Cavalaire sur Mer erreichen. Etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 2-3) liegen weitere tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie die Schlucht von Verdon oder die berühmten Lavendelfelder. Alles in allem würden wir hierher wiederkommen.
