House in the heart of the gorges of Ardeche
House of 35 m2 for rent in a private condominium 5 minutes from the gorges of Ardeche and the village center located on the border of Gard.
The house has a closed terrace surrounded by hedge with awning, garden furniture, barbecue and a private parking space.
The house is equipped to accommodate up to 5 people:
-Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140 * 190
-Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 190
-Mezzanine 1 convertible bed (BZ) of one person + cot.
-Bathroom, washing machine, WC.
-Fitted kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, senseo and TV.
also available to residents the swimming pool with paddling pool.
In the village:
-2 weekly markets on the banks of the Ardèche and a night craft market in July and August.
Bakery, grocery, restaurants and well on the beach on the banks of the Ardeche.
Near:
-8 km Pont Saint Esprit for large areas and all other amenities.
Hobbies:
- Swimming, pedal boats, canoeing (descent of the Ardèche gorges), climbing, fishing, hiking and horseback riding, tennis.
