Quiet with luxury Naples and Action Ft. Myers Beach nearby. New appliances, tile, maple cabinets granite counter top and bath. Full sized washing machines. Sixth-floor view of Gulf and River with spectacular sunsets and sunrises from clear glass patio windows, huge heated pool. Three tennis courts, (no extra fees) two gas grills, car wash, basketball half court and docks Bayside. Great fishing on docks. Free Wifi at Pool. Quiet office meeting area/library. My parking spot is in front of the elevator. Watch the river traffic from my computer desk by the Bayside patio doors. Gated community. Full sized bed and couch bed. Most beachfront condos have condos behind them on bayside-riverside. The sixth floor of E building lets you see over the coconut trees. There are many videos about Seascape of Little Hickory Island, Bonita Springs, Florida on YouTube. Absolutely no smoking, no vaping and no pets in my condo nor anywhere on the Community grounds, including the docks. Check in fee of $75 paid to Manager. Only one month rentals for January and March 2020, I am using my condo February and April 2020 and October 15 through December 31, 2019. One week minimum stays the rest of the year. As a long time owner, I am one of the few who can have weekly rentals.
