Located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches of Greece Les Thébaïdes is the ideal place to spend a dream holiday and make the most of the many advantages of Naxos in the heart of the Cyclades.

Les Thebaides is a large new villa for rent on the magnificent beach of Plaka. Designed for a stay with family or friends up to 12 people.

The villa has six air-conditioned double bedrooms with their own bathroom and wc. An equipped kitchen open to the living room. A small TV lounge. An additional wc. A large terrace with pergola housing an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area. An 8x3 m swimming pool. Outdoor shower.

Les Thébaïdes is a new villa that is available to rent on the beautiful beach of Plaka. The villa have been designed to accommodate up to 12 people with complete privacy.

The villa has six air-conditioned double bedrooms, each one is equipped with it s own bathroom and toilet. There is a spacious kitchen which is open to the equally spacious living room, a small TV lounge and an additional toilet. Outside, guests will find a large terrace with pergola sheltering an outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ and dining area. A swimming pool of 8x3 m. Outdoor shower.

Perfect location! Steps away from my favorite beach on the island. Very spacious- upstairs rooms have beautiful balconies. Bring shampoo and conditioner with you when traveling here

Beautiful & very well located home

The home was very bright & clean with plenty of bedrooms for the 9 of us stunning views of the sea. The home comes with a daily cleaning (surface cleaning only) which was very convenient. The house is only a 3 minute walk to Plaka Beach which is very peaceful. There were restaurants & small shops as well as a few nice beach clubs at Plaka Beach all within walking distance from the house. It was also very easy to get to a supermarket as well as to Churo, the main small city on Naxos which was very lively with amazing food, great shops and lots to do.

Beautiful Naxos Villa

A beautiful, modern Villa steps from Plaka beach. It was perfect for my family vacation with 2 headrooms on each of the 3 floors everyone had their own space and bathroom. It’s located near the end of Plaka beach, so a little quieter than staying in the middle of Plaka, but still convenient to beach, Coco beach bar, traditional Greek family restaurant, and small convenient store. More restaurants, shops, and bus to Chora a little further up the road. House was clean, and Ana was very, very attentive—available for daily cleaning, local arrangements, etc. she helped with our van transfers with Calli travel—perfect for our large group. Would stay again.

Fabulous Villa

We had a fantastic week in May 2025 at Les Thebaides villa. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and is only a 2 minute walk to the nicest beach on Naxos. It was heaven. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we made use of the BBQ on several nights. Ana was so helpful which checking us in/out and with recommendations for where to get groceries/pharmacies particularly and Tonya came every day to clean which was amazing.We did not rent a car but some of our group rented bikes (from Aurelia bikes) which were very useful. There is a bus stop at the nearest shop which is about a 10 minute walk away. We could not have had a better experience and look forward to returning to Naxos again.

The Best!

Marc was fantastic! His property is gorgeous! Marc and his staff, Ana and Silvana, were warm and welcoming. No detail was missed in this house…the kitchen is well stocked, the individual bathrooms are fabulous, get air conditioning and it is immaculate! The pool is beautiful and crystal clear. Ana mad us the most wonderful Greek dinner! I would have taken them all home with us! We are already planning our return! Thank you to Marc for making this a magical holiday, Vicki

We had an amazing time at Les Thebaides! The villa is in a great location. Steps to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and markets. We rented two cars for the 10 of us, and I would highly recommend that. Besides the beach and one or two reataurants, there was not too much within close walking distance, especially given the heat. The villa slept all 10 of us very comfortably. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The AC worked well, except for when the power briefly went out one night and a technician needed to come out the next morning to get it going again. The washer and dryer was great. The pool and deck were great and we spent a lot of time out there, even though it was hot. The pergola helped. The kitchen had everything we needed, though the fridge was small and struggled a little to keep everything cold. Ana was amazing! She was quick to respond with any questions and gave us lots of suggestions. Celina was also great, there just about everyday to clean the villa. We had a great time at Les Thebaides! It was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation! Thank you!!

Amazing Location & People!!

I can't say enough great things about Les Thébaïdes! This villa exceeded all my expectations. It was the perfect place to host my retreat with friends. The rooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and the AC worked well. The outdoor space including the pool were immaculate. Ana is an amazing house manager along with Silvana! They were both very attentive to all my questions from the time I booked the villa. We had some of our breakfasts and dinners catered at the villa by Ana, Silvana and Fedra and everything was so delicious. We were even able to have a cooking class and stretching session with Fedra. We also had a yoga class at and they were even able to arrange for us to get massages at the villa. They went above and beyond for any requests. They became like family and I'm so happy that I chose this villa. I can't wait to go back and I would highly recommend this villa to everyone I know! Thank you again for such an unforgettable time! And so many beautiful memories!

Beautiful villa on the beach

The villa is amazing, Anna, ( not how she spells it) greeted us with such warmth and care, and proved to be very knowledgeable about everything, and she looked after the villa beautifully. An amazing place to stay

We had a family reunion including siblings, parents grandparents and grandchildren. This place was perfectly located to a lovely sandy beach and tavernas within walking distance. It is also near the town (20 mins by car), airport is about 15 and supermarket the same. The housekeeper came everyday to help clean and offered great advice re places to go and see and eat. The pool is wonderful, house well equipped and spacious , it is modern and contemporary in its decor. An absolute gem and highly recommended

Amazing in every way! The house is beautiful and perfect for our 6 couples. Outside living space is gorgeous and made even more special with Silvana and Anais cooking for us. The location is spectacular, sitting on Plaka beach, with many seaside tavernas surrounding us. Marc, the owner, is very friendly, available, helpful, gave great advice and was awesome to deal with. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay in Les Thebaides and on Naxos Thanks again for everything Marc, it was a pleasure meeting you and the girls
