Very nice, clean, quiet, and cozy cabin getaway. Hot tub, deck, and fire pit were very nice amenities, as well as the inside fireplace. Host very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Less than 30min away from Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoyed our stay, 2 adults, and 4 kiddos. 2 kids shared a bed, 1 used the air mattress provided and our infant used the pack and play.

Great getaway spot!

The house was incredible, perfect size for a weekend getaway for CSU graduation! Great space, you can hear the Thompson River flowing right in front of the house. We will definitely stay again, a little bit of a drive to Ft. Collins and very close to beautiful Estes Park, perfect location for our needs.

Beautiful cabin

My family had such a relaxing 3 day stay. The drive up there is so pretty, the canyon is beautiful! The covered patio with the hot tube was nice. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The cabin was clean and the inside aesthetics of the cabin are pretty. We went a couple days before Christmas and the cute Christmas tree they had set up was a really nice touch. You can hear the stream up to the cabin and the walk down the trail to the stream was so beautiful. The owner and his assistants stayed in contact with us the whole stay to make sure we needed anything and were very personable.

Gave us a new perspective!

Outstanding!!! The snow gave us a challenge but being from Kansas it wasn’t our first rodeo. We traveled through Glen Haven to RMNP which was new to us. It was beautiful!! My husband called it: “ An Oasis in the Wilderness.”

Relaxing and pet freindly

The cabin is clean and has everything you need. The hot tub is new since our last visit. There is no cell service, but that's to be expected due to the location in canyon. The river is beautiful, we saw bighorn sheep twice while driving to town. We like being between Estes Park and Loveland so we visit both. Having the garage is nice but we didn't use it. Finding a nice cabin that allows pets is the best thing ever, our dog loves to travel with us.

This little house in the mountains more than exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet and being outside of the Estes Park/RMNP hustle is perfect. Having the Big Thompson river in the front yard if a huge plus. The Big T has some great trout fishing! The only negative we found was the lawn was overgrown…. It a deal breaker at all! With the amount of rain that area has seen we were not at all surprised… still it was a “mountain” lawn. If your looking for a great little cabin in the Estes Park are… this is a good one to consider. My wife and I already are planning our next trip.

Cabin near the River

My husband and I had a nice stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. Your cabin accommodations were nice and roomy; however, it is in serious need of cleaning and outdoor maintenance. The VRBO picttures reflect a beautiful cabin, nicely furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was fun preparing our meals. The deck was outstanding. We loved sitting outdoors and listening to the river. The fire table didn't work or maybe we just required directions. We enjoyed having the place the place to ourselves. The neighbors certainly respected our privacy as we did theirs. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. Now for the difficult part. The cleaning crew did not conduct a thorough cleaning. The house was full of cobwebs, dust, and grime. The carpets had numerous stains that should be immediately addressed. I don't consider myself picky, but when my husband starts pointing out the dirt, I realize it must be pretty bad. He isn't a detail person and if it caught his eye, it is bad. The grounds were in terrible shape. Weeds are overtaking the yard and growing in the driveway cracks. There was no place for my dog to pee. The grounds need some serious love. It is obvious the yard has not been tended to. There a wasp nest above the garage that was built upon the previous one. At most this is a 3 star place. I trust you will make improvements as previous reviews have shown. Your place is optimally located between Loveland and Estes Park. The condition of your cabin is in serious need of your attention.

Great little cabin East of Estes Park Colorado. Its a 20 minute drive to the National Park and roughly 90 mins back to the Denver International Airport. Cabin had a nice kitchen and outdoor grill we made dinner on every night. Very clean and nice beds. Only two bedrooms and one bath but sleeps 4 adults no problem. The deck is great with a gas fire pit. I was able to put in a few hours of conference calls before everyone started moving in the morning on that deck ... Which is an added bonus if you can't really get away from work!
