Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement spacieux, ceinturé d’un large balcon, bénéficiant d’une vue sur le haut d’une pinède (3 ieme étage). Il est très lumineux, car entouré de baies vitrées éclairées du matin au soir, du soleil levant, dans les chambres au coucher de soleil dans le salon, car situé à l’angle de la résidence. La situation de cette résidence permet de faire ses courses ou de se rendre à la plage à pieds, en laissant la voiture dans un parking privé.
