Two-bedroom apartment (55 sq m), rated "3***", offering a very high standard of accommodation, recently renovated and fully equipped.
Located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of an early 20th-century building on the banks of the Adour River, we designed this apartment to provide you with exceptional comfort and optimal functionality for a successful stay in Dax.
With double glazing, abundant natural light in every room, and a predominantly southern exposure (beautiful views of the Adour and the city center), it includes:
- a large living room with a beautiful, fully equipped open-plan kitchen - two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm) - a bathroom with a shower and double vanity - a separate toilet A sofa bed (140x190 cm) provides two additional sleeping spaces.
Plenty of storage in all rooms, complete and very functional cookware, induction hobs, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flat screen TV, fibre optic connection (internet access, Orange and Canal+ TV channels).
Quiet neighborhood with views of the Adour River, the "Splendid" (an Art Deco landmark), and the Casino, offering complete privacy, less than a 15-minute walk from the city center and the main thermal spas (Daxadour, Les Thermes (Jean Nouvel), Thermes Foch, Thermes de Borda, Thermes des Arènes, etc.). A flat rate is offered for spa-goers: a base price of €880 (excluding Abritel booking fees and tourist tax) for three weeks, with rates adjusted according to the length of stay (please contact me for a specific rate for a given period).
For all bookings (spa-goers or vacationers): bed linens and towels are provided, and final cleaning is included in the Abritel rate, except in certain cases (particularly for spa-goers).

Shuttle stop for spa guests right outside the apartment.
A private parking space in a gated lot is included in the offer, and if needed during the day or for a second vehicle, there are numerous free parking options nearby, including areas lit at night.
Close to the superb beaches of the Atlantic coast (Hossegor, Capbreton, less than 30 minutes), and many attractive destinations (Biarritz, the Pyrenees and Spain less than an hour).

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Très proche du centre-ville. Peut-être un peu bruyant mais c’est normal puisque nous sommes sur une rue très passagère…Les équipements très fonctionnels. Juste quelques points sur le ménage à améliorer… mais dans l’ensemble très bon séjour.Catherine T

Super appartement. On était en cure et il était bien placé. 5 MNS à pied des Thermes Jean Nouvel. Top. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Chaines de télévision nickel, Canal + Bein Sport, Orange. Appartement chaud en cas de fortes chaleurs à l'extérieur et un peu fatiguant étant donné qu'il est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Notre séjour a été assez bruyant du fait qu'il y avaient des travaux dans la rue juste en dessous de l'appartement.

Bonjour Hervé, désolé pour le bruit occasionné par les travaux. Pour la chaleur, peu de solution en dehors d'une étude globale pour une meilleure isolation des parties communes en accord avec les autres copropriétaires va être menée, et que j'ajouterai sans doute une clim mobile le temps que celà aboutisse. J'espère que celà ne vous empechera pas de revenir...

Accueil tres rapide et menage a ameliorer.
Très bien,
Une climatisation serait agréable avec les très fortes chaleurs.

Content que vous ayez passé un bon séjour. Pour la clim. pas vraiment possible à cause de la coprop. mais je réfléchis à améliorer ce "bémol" (en même temps vus avez eu droit à une période canicualire..)
Malgré un logement pas très propre, nous avons profité de l’appartement qui présente des prestations de haute qualité.
La proximité de la rue peut être gênant sur des semaines à forte chaleur.
La gestion de l’agence immobilière laisse à désirer. La période montre que l’agence est vite débordée.
