Welcome to your own Nashville Nest. Garden level private suite attached to the house with keypad entrance. NO SHARED AREAS. Enjoy the kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks; relax and plan your day in the sunroom before exploring all that Nashville has to offer. Just the place to stay for a few days in Nashville. Short Uber ride to downtown, hosts provide Nashville recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. Apartment was clean, quiet, with everything you need and a great sunroom. Hosts were very responsive! Fun place to stay!

Short Get Away Week

Great communication from the host. Amenities were perfect. The walk up after you park, is all gravel so if you are elderly or have any heavy luggage you just need to plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

From the moment we stepped inside it was complete comfort. Very clean and everything you would need right down to first aid, the amenities were fantastic! Very quiet neighborhood, very enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy. They had everything that you needed plus extras like rain ponchos and snacks. It was quiet and nicely decorated. The artwork was done by the host. I thought it was very nice. I definitely would stay here again.

Working Remotely

We needed a space to work remotely for a few days in between two weekends of activities. This was the perfect place. It was clean, quiet and the WIFI worked well. In the evenings we were able to go to downtown Nashville and Franklin. Tom was a great host!

Quiet & Relaxing

The property was just as described. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We enjoyed the opportunity to get away from the rush of downtown but still be close enough to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. The hosts have thought of everything. The property felt very cozy and safe. We will definitely book this location again when we return to Nashville.

This property was just 20 minutes from the huddle and bustle of Nashville. The property has everything you could need. Easy communication if you need anything. My husband was a little concerned about a basement stay (we had done this before at a different property), but this was so much better! Although, we now travel to places we have not been before, we will tell others about this property!

When Privacy Is A Must!

I traveled alone on this trip, and this property owner got everything RIGHT; when it came to comfort and convenience. I enjoyed the quietness and being able to detach from (phones, emails, and work). The property is just the right distance from the touristy downtown Nashville, TN. Take an extra 15-minute drive to a better restaurant selection. Arrival and department were easy-pee-see!

Great Spot for Nashville weekend!

This was a perfect spot for my friend and I on our weekend in Nashville! Location is within 30 minutes to anything you want to do in the area. We were able to avoid some of the Nashville traffic but still close enough to see everything we wanted. The setup was great and they had everything we needed. The only thing that may be an issue for future guests is the shower. It was fine for us but we both agreed neither of our spouses would be able to shower comfortably (tight quarters). Owners were extremely responsive and we would absolutely recommend this location for future travelers!
