Beachballer is a light teal Beach Cottage located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd.


"BEACHBALLER" is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1500 sq. ft. private, DOG friendly* home located about two blocks from the white sugary sands in Gulf Shores, Alabama. A newly installed traffic light with pedestrian crosswalk makes beach access easy!


Adequate parking for 4 vehicles maximum. No passes required


*** DOG fee is $250 and max weight of each dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the dog fee can be added. ***

This charming, light teal Beach Cottage is located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious deck in the front of the house or the back deck off the laundry room overlooking the pool. That's right, TWO DECKS AND A POOL!!!

The main living space in this charming cottage is spacious and outfitted with colorful, coastal chic furniture including a sectional queen sleeper sofa and a cozy chair. There is also a dining area with a dining table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, HDTV, and a beautiful shiplap wall. The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated Jack-and-Jill bath with a custom tile shower combo.

Downstairs is a full bunk room for 6 guests. The room is equipped with Two Twin over Full bunks beds, a kitchen sink with butcher's block, microwave, mounted HDTV, and a Private Bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

A few things but we had a blast!
We had the best time on our trip. We reported that the pool lights weren't working, they weren't able to get them fully working before we left ( but they did try and we were informed of a leak in the pool by the pool guy). The front porch had a dip/lean in it and under the seating area on the front porch there is nothing stopping a crawling child Or dog from falling off of the porch. The back porch has lose look on the stairs (my 2 year old grabbed onto it going downstairs and he almost fell threw the handrail part. The front door has an automatic lock which we loved but there was no deadbolt which we didn't like. There was no way to really lock the doors at night. We have a 2 year old who was very easily able to open the door and walk out. The beach was a short walk. We originally rented a golf cart and come to find out golf carts ARE NOT allowed on the roads there. Shops are really close and convent. Neighbors were super nice. PLENTY of towels were provided, water/dryer worked perfectly. Smart TV is in living room but not bedrooms which have directv (or dish). Not very many pans/pots. There was no broom (we looked everywhere) but were able to locate a vacuum that kind of picked up stuff off of floors. We made everything work and had a great time though! Easy company to contact and work with.

The property was great for the price. Overall the stay was great, it’s a super quick walk to the beach, the pool was clean and great. The house was nicely renovated upstairs and the downstairs was perfect for people okay with being a little tight. Would definitely stay here again. There were some issues like the downstairs closet being completely full so it was unusable and there being a few lights out in the home and downstairs but those were very minor things.

Great property, back porch styles could use some attention, but we all had a Blast hanging at the pool on days we didnt walk to the beach. We will be back, and hope to book the same property. Thank you Beachballer

Fall Break
I stayed here with 4 adults and 1 kid. The location was great with a very easy walk to the beach. The pool was freezing and pretty much always in the shade. They needed to invest in a pool heater. All the railings on the stairs are falling off which is dangerous for kids. There is only 1 mirror in the main house which makes it extremely difficult to get ready. The internet didn’t work at all. Luckily we had someone in our party who was able to figure something out with the extender because we put in a work ticket but they showed up to fix a screen instead. We didn’t know anything about a screen. Also— make sure to bring toilet paper, detergent and ALL needs! Wasn’t the greatest house. I wouldn’t stay here again
