We had a fantastic stay in Nassau. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed, with everything needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe, while being close to the beach and only 2 miles from downtown Nassau. The host is attentive and always available. A place I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Why they chose this property

I bought the plot of land due to its perfect location. It is centrally located and close to everything including the beach. It is also in a safe and friendly middle to upper-middle-class neighborhood. Construction on the building completed in 2000.

What makes this property unique

You will definitely fall in love with the peace and quiet that the neighborhood provides. The view of the pool from the living room and the balcony is also a site to see.
