Spacious 3 BR Condo - Family and Pet Friendly
A clean, comfy and cozy 3 bedroom condo located at 15F in Greek Peak's Arcadia Village. Spring, Summer and Fall offer many activities and opportunities for adventures and relaxation. This family-friendly condo makes a great home base. Ground floor master bedroom, small 3/4 bathroom and open floor plan living and dining spaces as well as a renovated kitchen are convenient for all ages. The walk-out back deck is the best place to catch sunrise and sunset as a well as a view of Greek Peak Mountain! The second floor includes two additional bedrooms with new furniture and mattresses, a recently renovated bathroom, and ladder access to additional play space in the loft (no beds). Bedrooms include the following sleeping arrangements: Main floor Master - King bed, Upstairs #1 - Queen bed, Upstairs #2 - Bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. We happily allow dogs but unfortunately have an allergy to cats so only dogs are allowed in the unit as pets.

Hi! We've been enjoying Greek Peak for decades and finally purchased a condo in 2018. We found it difficult to rent with our dogs in tow so we decided the time was right to purchase our own place and make it pet friendly for other travelers like us. We live in Ithaca, NY but try to enjoy the four seasons as much as possible at Greek Peak.
Why they chose this property
We love the view from this condo and the fact that you can see the sun rise and set from the back deck. We love that there is only one step to the entry and that there are four seasons of fun all within walking distance. It's a very close community. In fact, one time, our large dog got out of the house and while we were out searching for him, the shuttle bus for the village picked him up and took him around until we arrived back home. We fully stock the condo with cleaning supplies, including laundry soap and softener, bathroom necessities, and sheets. All you need to do is show up and relax.
