About this property

Cozy 3 bedroom cabin close to state park with hot tub and outdoor fireplace!


Nestled within a quiet, wooded area off Camp Ranch Road, Nook in the Woods Cabin provides the serenity for a restful getaway, yet sits centrally located to popular restaurants in the heart of Hochatown such as Grateful Head Pizza and The Blue Rooster. Also, just a short distance away, enjoy the breathtaking beauty and the outdoor fun offered at Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and Ouachita National Forest.

Newly built in 2018, our family purchased this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin in May of 2019 and continue to personally manage it ourselves. We know you will enjoy our cabin and its surroundings as much as we do! Nook in the Woods comfortably sleeps 9, with one master king-size bedroom down, one king-size bedroom up, along with a third upstairs bedroom containing 2 bunkbeds (3 twins, 1 double). In addition, we also provide 1 queen air mattress and one twin air mattress in the bedroom closets, sleeping up to 12 people. Both king rooms also hold Smart TVs.

Gather around the comfortable living room to watch a movie or sink into the sofa and read a book while enjoying the warmth from the stone fireplace. With stunning granite countertops, our gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked to meet your cooking needs. Sit around the kitchen island or the spacious kitchen table in order to feast and visit together.

We recently added an outdoor fireplace, with a tv over the mantel, to our back porch! Now, your family can enjoy their favorite movie outdoors - even from the hot tub. Relax on the front porch sofa or in the back-yard Adirondack chairs around the large, grated fire pit. Make S'mores. Tell stories. Enjoy the 70ft tall pine trees and nature around you. Soak in the 6-person hot tub. Listen to the chirping birds or to the laughter of children playing on the swing set. Toss horseshoes with your family and friends. Grill a meal on the back patio. Nook in the Woods provides the perfect atmosphere for quality time with your loved ones.

Our family owns and operates Nook in the Woods with the added benefit of frequently visiting and enjoying its many amenities. We desire our visitors to retreat from their everyday lives in order to experience the highest quality of comfort, relaxation, and fun possible. Amazing Cabin

Very clean and relaxing cabin. Perfect and close to everything to do in broken bow. Loved the wrap around porch and hot tub. They had plenty of towels, games for the kids, lots of dishes to cook with. Will definitely be staying again.

Great cabin!

The place was just as described. Sleeping areas were perfect for our needs, it was close to town and amenities, and the games and hot tub were great. The roads to get through the neighborhood are pretty rough so plan to avoid some potholes, but it’s definitely worth the effort. Thanks!

July 4th Getaway

Road to home was perfect for larger boats. We have had a lot of issues in past with narrow roads and blow outs because of it. I would definitely recommend this home. We really enjoyed it. Will be saved to my favorites for VRBO

Perfect girls trip getaway!

This cozy 3-bedroom nook in the woods was perfect for our girls trip! The cabin was beautiful and lacked no amenities.. even an HDMI cord.. Inclement weather did not stop us from enjoying the hot tub on the patio after kayaking. The location is perfect and we greatly enjoyed our trip!

Perfect Cabin

The property was in a great location and had many amenities. We enjoyed playing ladderball and sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. The back porch was a great place to relax in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub. My grand daughter loved the play area and being able to watch TV outside!

Awesome vacation spot

Nook in the Woods was a perfect cabin for my family. It is so close to everything! We were able to have lazy mornings drinking coffee on the back deck and watching the deer. Then hop in the car for a short drive to beavers bend state park for hiking, exploring, and swimming. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this cozy cabin!! We enjoyed using the hot tub and making s’mores, and our girls loved the swing set. Perfect Getaway

Perfect for a group of 8 looking to get away for the weekend! We visited the beach, it was less than a 15 minute drive. Hot tub was a blast and the house had and was everything we needed! The roads in the neighborhood were ROUGH, lots of potholes, not fit for a low-riding vehicle, but otherwise no complaints! There is a general store right outside the neighborhood, less than a 5 minute drive, and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes.

We got lost and I was able to call the host and the host answered immediately and they helped me until I was able to get into our cabin. She was very professional and kind. This cute cabin in the woods is even better in person. Great location. There are neighbors but it still feels private. Great games for the kids. The whole place was clean and inviting, including the hot tub. We took our 5 little kids and we were very happy with our stay.
