Just a couple of notes, invest 10 in a new shower curtain rod, it definitely screams dirty. Cable tv is awful, we couldn’t watch one episode of anything without it disconnecting and booting you out. A few instructions about two remotes and how they work would help. General cleanliness would help, my wife immediately went to the store for wipes to clean. And last way to many cable cords hanging and laying everywhere . Makes it look cluttered. The whole in the ceiling above the kitchen table, could be fixed in minutes. These items don’t show in the pic. Positive, great view, absolutely enjoyed it daily, great food in the area, convenient to all your needs. Thanks.

You enter the condo through the bedroom which has a large closet to store your bags. From the bedroom you enter a small hall with the bathroom the extra counter is nice as a makeup counter. You then enter the kitchen /living space. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to eat in. Off this space is the best part of the unit the beautiful view of the beach from the deck. You can enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine listening to the waves crash on the beach.The main issue we had was with the property management team. Although E-Bikes are allowed and rented on the island they are not allowed on the property even if your bike is disassembled in your car. The Security Guard demanded we leave our bike at the security gate or face a 250 day fine. The gate is manned 24 hours a day however make sure you have a cover and lock as they take no responsibility for your bike while it is there.Considering our vacation was planned for biking and the beach the condo hit the mark on the beach however biking was an issue.

Winter Golf Getaway

A wonderful New Year's getaway! The location was ideal with beautiful ocean views, and close to restaurants, golf, and more. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had an additional guest join us last minute, and the check in/check out process was very smooth. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Hilton Head!

Incredible View and Easy Beach Access

We had the most incredible stay! This unit is right on the beach and it made our trip so stress free. The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware, and the host was great with all communication. The beaches were clean and quiet, and we used the beach chairs provided by the host which was very convenient. Restaurants and activities were within about 15 minutes. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay right on the ocean front. Rent bikes and bike to Sea Pines on the beach for some excellent biking and great eats along the way!! This condo is in a perfect location to everything and offers everything you would need for cooking, book reading, beach walks and more.
