This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 2nd floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and Queen size sofa bed with new memory foam mattress in 2025. New 2024 high top balcony furniture and table. Room divider. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and under counter water filter. Updated bathroom. Apple TV 4K. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views. Guest to pay cleaning fee of $90.00. Guest chooses to pay by credit card a 2.8% credit card surcharge will be charged.
During the off season(Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.

Beautiful location. Little ridiculous that the keys aren’t available at the actual property and needed to fight traffic on Route 1 to check in. Also would’ve liked to have known that the elevator was directly outside of our unit. Not to mention a very noisy main air intake directly next to the entry door to the unit. Other than that the experience was awesome.

Thank you for your helpful comments, during MOST of the summer and into fall the traffic can be bumper to bumper. We do understand your frustration with that. For key pick up, most of our guest have to pass our office on coastal hwy to get to Star of the Sea, sometime people make a day of stopping at outlets and shopping, getting lunch to pass the time till 2pm. But we do understand that all you want to do is get checked in and relax! We try to make it as quick as we can. Our main concern is making you happy to the best of our ability we will take note of the noisy vent at the front door. In the future it would be helpful to let us know that you are sensitive to sound and that you would prefer a quieter area and we will do our best to cater to your needs.

Close to everything

Enjoyed our stay at Star of the Seas very much. Unit 206 was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything you need. Location couldn't be better! We will visit again!
