Great location right in the heart of Downtown Rehoboth Beach! Park your car in your provided off-street spot and walk to everything. Just 2 blocks to the boardwalk and beach, and 2 blocks to the shopping, dining and nightlife of Rehoboth Avenue. Our 2nd floor condo will make you feel at home while on vacation with a kitchen for your convenience.

Please note linens (sheets, towels, and pillowcases) are not included with this rental. All other essentials are provided. If you need linen service, we can provide you with referrals to a local provider.

New Updates: We have upgraded with a Roku-enabled smart TV. You can watch your own streaming services or enjoy 100s of channels available via Roku. New queen beds and new queen sleeper sofa May 2024. New window AC units.

Perfect for beach getaway

My friend and I were thrilled with this place! Two bedrooms, comfy living room and kitchen, plenty of space for us. Just a few blocks to ocean - and as a bonus a parking pass if we needed to drive closer! Definitely will try to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time using this property for a few days at the beach. The location makes it very walkable. We didn't even move our vehicle during the stay. The apartment worked great for our family of 4. Only note to keep in mind: The parking lot is incredibly narrow, so you are not able to park with a large vehicle. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Great comfy spot perfect for our group! Bed was comfy as was the living space. If you are a light sleeper, would bring eye mask as its fairly bright in the bedroom when the sun is out. Will definitely book again if visiting the area.

Big things in small packages

Although the place is small (just right for me and my spouse) the condo offers big things- great location to restaurants and coffee spots, 8-10 min walk to beach and the place is always clean!!!

The place is close to everything and well represented online. The owner is also super friendly and helpful. The place isn't fancy but it is clean and functional. One item we noticed is both beds are Doubles, not Queens as they are described so you may want to bring double sheets for the beds.

We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean unit (this is always my number one thing about any place we rent, and it was perfect). Plenty big for my husband and I and our 20 year old daughter and her bff. I think the location is perfect. It was so quiet! Would definitely stay here again.

To small for us

we stayed the last week of august. The condo looked like it was recently updated and was very clean. The downfall for us was it was a little to small. Also with that being said the back of the house where your off street parking spot is is very tight to manuver cars into and parking on the street itself is very limited it is mostly meter parking in which you can not use permit pass. Had a wonderful time .

Very Dirty Rental - Got Bacterial Infection from Unit

Location is the only good part. Walk to beach is a bit long but enjoyable and doable. Now for the not so good: 1) Tub was backed up and would not drain. Draino would not clear it. Got bacterial infection when showering. Had to leave early to go to ER at home. 2) Air quality in unit is poor. Smells like urine and wet dog. Need to sleep with windows open. 3) Very small. Pictures make it look bigger / cleaner than it is. 3) Parking area is too small for 6 units in the building. Cannot get in / out when lot is full. 4) Only unit 6 has outside deck / area. No place to sit. 5) Owner was not responsive when asked for refund due to health condition caused by property.

Our family has vacationed in Rehoboth for over 10 years and we love this area of town - it's close to everything!

What makes this property unique

I think it's rare to find a small condo association like ours in the center of town. There are only 6 units in our building so it feels less like being in a hotel and more like having your own apartment. Many of the residences in our neighborhood are larger homes that can accommodate large families/groups, but our space is perfect for a couple or smaller family that want the experience of vacationing in their own unit with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
