Recently renovated, it offers a sunny and bright veranda in summer and winter. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room and a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with 2 lava linen and 1 dryer. Automated portal, large yard that can serve as a bowling alley.
