Gate to Boston , Newport and all beaches of RI, confortable mattress, all restaurants around on Hope stree. Best spot for parents who visit kids at Brown or RISD - PC and all College around . Take a convenient ferry to Newport or Martha vineyard- Nantucket notes : located on second floor and not suitable for old people to climb up with stair
