You would do everything on foot once the vehicle is parked. The large beach of Lecques at 20 meters. The pink promenade the shops the children's park the bowling alley the sailing school is located less than 30 meters.
the highway is 2 km away so you can go to the paul ricard circuit.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub n Saint-Cyr. Die groรŸzรผgig geschnittene Wohnung mit dem groรŸen Balkon direkt hinter der Strandpromenade hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab รผberall Wandschรคnke mit viel Platz. Ebenso ausreichend Parkplรคtze und durch ein Gartentor direkten Zugang zu Strand und Promenade. Sophie ist eine wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und war immer fรผr uns zu erreichen. Danke dafรผr :)

Accueil par le mari de la propriรฉtaire qui ne pouvait pas รชtre prรฉsente. Il a รฉtรฉ trรจs aimable mรชme si l'accueil fut trรจs bref. La propriรฉtaire devait passer nous voir par la suite. Nous avons dรป quitter le logement ร  peine une heure aprรจs notre arrivee pour raison familiale. La premiรจre impression a รฉtรฉ trรจs mitigรฉe surtout par rapport aux autres avis.... La vue est clairement magnifique avec d'immenses baies vitrees. Il y a un accรจs direct depuis le parking pour se rendre sur la plage. Emplacement de parking privatif qui est un gros plus. L'appartement est immense, trรจs spacieux mais comme il est trรจs peu meublรฉ, il fait trรจs vide. Les meubles ont bien vรฉcu, notamment le canapรฉ ( emplacement des assises et tรชtes totalement dรฉcolorรฉs ) et la table de salon. Abat-jour de la lampe de salon tachรฉ d'oreoles. Poignรฉe de porte cassรฉe entre la partie nuit et jour. Four qui n'a pas รฉtรฉ nettoyรฉ. Papier peint dรฉchirรฉ dans les toilettes. Nombreuses traces sur les murs blancs ( รฉclaboussures, moisissures au plafond...) qui ont bien besoin d'un coup de peinture. Les salles de bains sont minuscules... Nous avons eu la joie de tomber sur un cafard agonisant sur le dos...Les joints de carrelage ont besoin d'รชtre refaits . L'appartement a un gros potentiel mais il a vraiment besoin d'un menage de fond ( placards trรจs sales, sous les lits...) et d'une remise ร  neuf. Cet avis s'est fait sur juste une heure de prรฉsence.

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung wunderschรถne Ferien verlebt. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und riesig. Der groรŸe Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zum Meer. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin wunderbar! Wir kommen wieder!

wir -haben die Wohnung in top-Zustand verlassen und ohne Mรคngel รผbergeben. im nachhinein bemรคngelten die Vermieter jedoch insbesondere einen Stuhl, den wir wegen einer schon vorhandenen Beschรคdigung an die Seite gestellt hatten, und machen dafรผr Schadenersatz geltend. Wir kรถnnen also vor diesen Vermietern nur warnen - und sind auch von Ferienwohnung-direkt enttรคuscht, die unsere Darstellung gar nicht berรผcksicht haben.
