Quiet and charming apartment, ideal for 3 to 4 guests maximum, located in a Spanish-style villa. Created in 2015, this fully independent one-bedroom apartment (F2) offers a private entrance and is entirely ground-floor, with easy access.

The apartment includes:
one bedroom,
an open-plan kitchen,
a bathroom with toilet,
a private terrace,

access to a secure swimming pool (8 x 4 m), for your exclusive use, as the owner no longer uses it.

Easy, step-free access makes the apartment suitable for seniors and guests with reduced mobility (access ramp available for light to moderate wheelchair use).

The apartment is non-smoking (smoking permitted outside only) and pets are not allowed.
It is suitable for up to two couples, or one couple with a child aged 8 and over.

Bed linen and household linen are provided.

Located in a highly attractive and touristic area, beautiful in all seasons. Winters are generally mild, with a pleasant climate and moderate winds.

Excellent and Friendly Accomodation

I have enjoyed stayying for 2 weeks in this nice appartment. There is not much more to say about it as the pictures talk to themselves. What impressed me most was the very friendly wellcome by Laurence and Christian on arrival, as well as their helpful advices for the area and where to find good restaurants during the stay. Perfect, absolutely perfect 😍

We just spent a lovely week staying with Laurence and Christian. The property is private hidden behind large hedges, quiet, very pretty and just what our small family of 3 needed. Everything was exactly as you would want it. You can use the lovely pool or walk to the beach. Shopping is close and virtually tourist free - we heard hardly any English spoken all week. It was really ideal. Skip the tourist traps and find real relaxation. We would have happily stayed a month. Thank you so much for the ideal getaway.

Charming place

I stayed with my daughter at that charming place for one week. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area very much. The perfect place for us to relax and rest. The appartment made us feel comfortable and Laurence and Christian Chauzit were very welcoming and pleasant hosts. Clair was also very friendly and of much help. Thank you. It is a nice walk to the beach and you can even walk to the supermarket. If you have a car or bicycle everything is very close. There are nice restaurants alongside the beach to one side. We would like to come back again!

Lovely stay in St. Cyr sur Mer

We enjoyed our visit here so much. The apartment was well stocked, comfortably furnished and roomy enough for the two of us. It was impeccably clean, had a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. The patios and the pool were perfect -- the pool was wonderful when we returned from our coastal hikes. The host and hostess were so welcoming and helpful -- they recommended excellent restaurants and helped us navigate the questions of Covid-19 passes and regulations. You can walk easily to the beaches and to the center of the town where there are many restaurants and shoppes. We ate at O Relly's in the town and with our host's recommendation, at Roche Belle in nearby La Ciotat. This is a local favorite and reservations are needed a day or so in advance.We highly recommend this rental to other visitors.

Un logement comme on en voit rarement en location dans une tranche tarifaire plus que raisonnable. Une propreté impeccable, aménagé et décoré avec bcp de goût, équipé comme à la maison !!!! Ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit niveauvollen und hilfsbereiten, freundlichen Gastgebern. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Einbindung der Fereinwohnung in ein gewachsenes Wohngebiet. Traumhaft schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen am Pool. Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden (Föhn, Schminkspiegel, KĂŒchenutensilien, Hand- und GeschirrtĂŒcher, WĂ€schestĂ€nder usw.). Wir sind etwa 12 Minuten gelaufen, um zum Strand zu kommen. FĂŒr uns ein Ort, um unbedingt wiederzukommen.

The owners are an old couple (69/70 years old). They are retired and both of them are handicapped (stroke). They are calm, discreet, and autonomous all the same, but friendly and little disturbing!

Why they chose this property

We have chosen Saint Cyr for its location, calmness, climate and above all the facilities for our situation. You will fall in love with the house but it becomes a bit big for us and our pensions are a bit small.

What makes this property unique

It is calm even in summer and close to all facilities. A car is not necessary. It is a magic place with family environment and charming neighbours!
