- Villa 3681 ft² : 2 lounges of 721 ft² and 431 ft², 8 bedrooms including 1 living room-bedroom of 377 ft², 4 bathrooms + 4 toilets, 2 kitchens
- 18 standard sleeps, 4 extra sleeps, 2 baby beds, 1 baby high chair
- Maximum capacity for receptions: 35-40 guests in buffet mode
- 1 billiard table, 6 TVs, 2 pianos, PS 4 and PS 3 consoles with games, WiFi, fireplace
- 4 fridges, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, etc...
- 4 large tables for 6-8 guests each, 40+ chairs
- Large terraces, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols
- Air-conditioned reception room in case of reception or party
- Pedestal fans for each bed in summer

I invest in parallel in this wonderful location in Provence, where you can relax and enjoy the region in a beautiful landscape.
Why they chose this property
Located halfway between Nice and Marseille, not far from Hyères and the beaches of the French Riviera, but also from the lake of Carcès and the Verdon canyon, the village of Besse sur Issole is perfectly placed to discover the whole of Provence while enjoying the joys of the sea.
We find in the village all the shops of the daily, bakery, press, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco, etc., and supermarkets are only 3 miles away.
Besse sur Issole is easily accessible, the motorway and the train station are only 3.1 miles away.
TheTrade Winds resort offers a comfortable and warm setting for a weekend or family holiday in a protected environment between vineyards and oak forests.

What makes this property unique
This villa has a particular architecture which places it between the traditional Provençal style and some Californian villas. You will appreciate the superb panoramic view over 10 km over the Issole Valley, the calm of the park, and a very pure sky which guarantees beautiful starry voutes in summer. Very comfortable, the villa offers high-end services: billiards, pianos, table tennis, football table, stereo, 4 flat screens, good WiFi, and of course a large swimming pool to enjoy the nice weather in Provence.
