Nice 3 Bed/2 Bath home with a screened/covered patio on a corner lot in Englewood East. The Living Room has a large flat screen TV and there is another flat screen in master bedroom with Direct TV. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house. One guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other has a bunk bed. There is also free Wi-Fi internet, full-size washer & dryer, BBQ grill on the screened/covered lanai, and a two-car garage.

Less than a 15-minute drive to several public beaches on Manasota Key. The home is near the Rotonda golf courses, many restaurants, and shopping. Only a 2 min. drive to the library and recreation center; 5 min. to the large public swimming pool at Ann Dever Park.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RENTAL REQUIRES A 30 DAY MINIMUM.

Quite neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months,quite neighborhood, there waas direct tv advertised as part of the package but was cancelled half way threw our stay!Talked to the property manager and said it wasnt part of the plan but its was in the welcome packet,so if not supposed to be in our package, update paperwork before your customer arrives!!
