The Space:

Enjoy sunrise and endless ocean views from the balcony of our top floor suite located in the 3rd building at Ocean Pointe Suites.



Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by simplistic design and the blue-green colors of the Atlantic.

The open concept LIVING SPACE has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and high top table for 4.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all dishes, glass and cookware. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2. The MASTER bedroom has a king bed with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower.

The GUEST bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath is easily accessible from the hall. For your convenience, an in-suite LAUNDRY center so no laundromats for this vacation!



Guest Access:

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

→While the Florida Keys aren't known for their vast beaches, you can still stroll the tropical woodlands and enjoy the pocket beach area within the property. The closest public beach is Anne's Beach, located in south Islamorada. However, we highly recommend getting out on the water to experience the Keys fully. We have world-class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, making it a perfect getaway destination. Ocean Pointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit.



The Neighborhood:

The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.



Other Things to Note:

→ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



→ Pets & Smoking are prohibited



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



→ MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



→All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.



Interaction with Guests:
