This spacious condominium features a newly remodeled full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances as well as a dining table. The living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper couch, television, DVD player, gas fireplace and balcony with expansive views of the 10 mile range

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, television, and en suite newly remodeled full bath. An additional full guest bathroom which has also been renovated is located off the entry for guests to share. A queen sofa bed is in the living room in allowing this unit to comfortably sleep up to four guests.

An outdoor pool and hot tub are nestled at the base of the mountain and offer fabulous views throughout all the seasons in the Rocky Mountains.
